Course Curriculum Overview
Our Ph.D curriculum was for three years covering the concepts and theories to tone up the level of Pharmaceutical education and to be a center of innovation in Pharmaceutical science and technology .We had to take part in both theory and practical classes .
Placement Experience
Placement is my college is average, internship is not provided but we are encouraged to arrange it from off campus.Seminars are conducted to prepare us well with the interview process. Placement cell is responsible for all the recruitment activity.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is quite low in our college for most of the courses it offers.The fee structure is acknowledged once the student visits the campus for admission process.Many weaker section students pursue their higher studies from our college as it avails low fee.
Campus Life
Our college encourage us to participate in sports as well to bring a balance in our lifestyle.Seniors arranges college fest where we can participate and showcase our hidden talents. Our college organized 7th convocation for awarding the graduates of the college.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is provided within the college campus. I did not opt for hostel as i am a local resident of Kolkata. The hostel infrastructure is moderate and is available for both male and female. Fooding is also provided along with extra curricular activities for the boarders.
Admission
I registered in the college's website by creating a account and fill the application form by paying a amount of Rs.2000 , For SC/ST it will be Rs.1500. After registration i had to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the college NIPER JEE followed by counselling and personal interview.
Faculty
We have guest lectures coming from abroad countries as well to provide us with the knowledge in Pharmacy.Our professors arrange seminars and conference to level up our lessons .We learnt a lot from them on daily basis .
