Remarks

The connectivity of the college is really nice so no problem in travelling. Timing of the classes are suitable for me, I can spend the afternoon doing the things I love. The area of the college is really peaceful.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our teachers are typical. Some are student-friendly, but some are not. However, they all are well qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was also good. Our course is good, but it doesn't make us industry-ready. So we have to gain some practical knowledge. Our college is well known for commercial students.

Placement Experience

General students with more than 80% in academics are offered admissions in our course. For reserved students, it's almost 75% in academics. The average salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 5,000 per month. The highest salary offered is Rs. 35,000 per month. Almost 90% of the students got internships from our college in average-valued companies.

College Events

Campus life is nice cause the seniors and classmates are friendly. Teachers interact with students and are ready to help. The first function I attended was the freshers it was a great event. All our seniors put in a lot of effort.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
