Remarks
In my hometown. Was reputed for good placements and faculties. Wanted to stay with my family. The campus was also really beautiful and had really nice students. Had bus facility available so family was satisfied too.
Course Curriculum Overview
Not at all updated. ECE is the absolute worst. No planning on subjects. No future scope is present. Placements are in IT sector and the subjects taught in curriculum are of no use there. No guidance from faculties, no help in studies. Even some teachers fail you just so they can show their dominance. Unskilled faculty and no flow of class or anything. No help or guidance in projects. Absolutely worst experience.
Placement Experience
Useless. We study core subjects for 4 years and then struggle with coding to get placed in an IT company, because those are the companies that actually hire use ECE students. Whatever we are taught in college is useless and never enough. Companies expect us to have excellent command on coding (which we are hardly taught). We only learn basics in coding which is not even close to what we get in recruitment tests.
College Events
There are many extra curricular events which are nice and important. They keep us involved throughout the year. No focus on technical knowledge here only stuff for enjoying. ECE labs are really poor and work on obsolete devices which are not even implemented today.
Campus Life
Campus is perfect. Really beautiful covered with trees. More than amazing food court. Football and basketball fields are well maintained and the volleyball field too. The buildings are well made. Although college is far from the main city but the drive is really worth it.
