Remarks

My college has more than 90% placement in previous years. It also has a good campus and knowledgeable teachers which I got to know from one of my friends. The location and the weather of College location is very pleasant which was another plus point.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is very much up to date but there are some subjects which are not necessarily to be present in the curriculum. The college ensures that everyone gets an internship with a company and try to get everyone placed.

Till now Infosys, Hexaware, Hexaview, cognizant, commvault, ZS Associates, Paxcomm have visited. They have offered package ranging from 3.5 lakh to 8 lakh.

There are many student chapters which organise many events related to academics as well as non academic. There are also many free workshops and guest lectures for grooming of students. There are many cultural events like Uurja.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

UPES CSE Program provide the best insights!

No safety nets for getting admission in UPES as university is strict in taking students. UPES Engineering Admission Test also known as UPESAT has to be cleared. UPES has the best facilities!
