Remarks

I choose this college and this field because I had an interest in the field since early days of my class 12, plus I found that one college in my city itself, so my job was easier and I was happy to be a part of this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members in the college of UPES are very very helpful and they are well and highly qualified with a lot of experience. The course curriculum is relevant in the college and if fine. Overall the academic part is good in the college.

Placement Experience

Talking about the packages in the college. Students do get good packages in the college, the maximum goes around 20 lacs per annum while the average is around 5-6 lacs per annum. Rest the students gets the best of their ability. The placement cell in the college is also quite active.

College Events

The campus in the college is fine. The canteen and mess food is very good. The hostels in the college are good and cleaned. The classrooms and the labs are very well equipped. They are some big events also organised in the college every year.

DBUU Review for BAMS

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course (BAMS) is very good and interesting. In initial days it is little bit difficult to understand the concepts but teachers explains very well that you will get the concepts as Ayurveda is a different & ancient science . You will get very much of written work No clinical postings and OPD postings. I think it should be implemented

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course due to my own interest. This course is relevant enough to prepare the person to solve real-life applications and adapt thinkingness and knowledge. It would be helpful if they use visual content to teach it will be helpful. The frequency and timing of exams are perfect according to the level of the paper.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I have seen students who have studied from here have achieved many things in life some of them became professors here. Some are doing work abroad. According to me something there should be a change like having more practicals if you have taken subjects like IT, cs,bca or any other practical subjects book knowledge is also compulsory but by doing practicals we can learn more easily. Exams are normal for 1st year but as you are going higher difficulties will come.

From the 7th semester you can sit on the placement drives.. Multiple companies visited like accenture,adobe,tcs etc. The percentage is little bit low this year..i have not much knowledge about it right now. I will try to get a good job.

GREAT COLLEGE

Admission:

The entrance exam is held on June 1 every year. IIMs .silly running. The test is for admission to all IIMs including IISK Shikesh, Delhi, Jodhpur, Bhopal, Jaipur and Bhubaneswar. After selection, you just have to visit college for filling the form.

No safety nets for getting admission in UPES as university is strict in taking students. UPES Engineering Admission Test also known as UPESAT has to be cleared. UPES has the best facilities!
