FC is autonomus and they update there syllabus every 3 years.so we can get updated to all new things.usully they arrange study tours once in a term which also help us to enjoy studies.Most of the faculties are Phd holders and are very good in their work.They also use e learning models charts etc for better learning process

College Events
Fergusson is well known for its cultural festival.which is like a carnival.Each departmnet arrange many games programs etc for people to visit.Many competitions are also taken. NCC and NSS groups are very active in Fergusson college.verious activities are performed by them.beside this some other organjsatiins like SAATHI, SOEC, SIT are there which are also very active in social work
Campus Life
College is expanded in 65 acres.it has very nostalgic infrastructure.Each department has seprate building with all facilities like labrotary,huge classrooms,library etc.wadia library is main libraty of college which is very huge and have lots of books.college also have amphitheater where all funtions and programs are arranged.On the entrance of college garden is maintined. Gymkhana have huge playground for sports activities
