Remarks

One of the best college in Dehradun and also best college for petroleum in INDIA and campus is the main attraction. Its a green campus. Also the faculty members are very experienced with an average teaching experience of 20 years.

Course Curriculum Overview

Really Faculties are not Good.They only do for the sake of their jobs.The course curriculum is designed in such a way that it not only prepares students for university exams but also for competitive exams.

Class Size: 56Course Fees: INR 330000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement rate is good. But there is still a scope of heavy improvement. College can work upon establishing new companies which can be fruitful for the students and can provide a kick start to their careers. But as of now also the teacher try to perform all the needful.

College Events

Extracurricular activities in college are one of the most important things infact involve Cultural fests, technical fests also happen. Thee is sports day too with different kinds of running races, football teams are there, cricket leagues are there.

Campus Life

The Central Library has amazing seating facility, more than thousands of books, coffee machines, and digital labs with free Ethernet internet connection.The campus has a basketball ground, cricket ground, volleyball ground, football ground. It also has indoor games like Table Tennis Court, Badminton court etc

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course (BAMS) is very good and interesting. In initial days it is little bit difficult to understand the concepts but teachers explains very well that you will get the concepts as Ayurveda is a different & ancient science . You will get very much of written work No clinical postings and OPD postings. I think it should be implemented

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

I chose this course due to my own interest. This course is relevant enough to prepare the person to solve real-life applications and adapt thinkingness and knowledge. It would be helpful if they use visual content to teach it will be helpful. The frequency and timing of exams are perfect according to the level of the paper.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I have seen students who have studied from here have achieved many things in life some of them became professors here. Some are doing work abroad. According to me something there should be a change like having more practicals if you have taken subjects like IT, cs,bca or any other practical subjects book knowledge is also compulsory but by doing practicals we can learn more easily. Exams are normal for 1st year but as you are going higher difficulties will come.

Admission:

The entrance exam is held on June 1 every year. IIMs .silly running. The test is for admission to all IIMs including IISK Shikesh, Delhi, Jodhpur, Bhopal, Jaipur and Bhubaneswar. After selection, you just have to visit college for filling the form.
