An Overview form my sight of BCE Bhagalpur

The admission process in this college is first you have to apply from the NTA official website and appear in the JEE MAINS exam. Then after the result published you have to apply for UGEAC from BCECE official website. It takes your JEE Mains score and shortlisted a list of your merit list. After the merit list shortlisted you have to do a choice filling in the online counselling process from BCECE official website. As per your merit list of UGEAC if you're eligible for this college then you have to do document verification and submit all documents to the college. That's the last thing you've to do in the admission process.

I choose CSE in this college due to high placement in previous years on this branch. The faculties of this college are very helpful and supportive in nature. Their teaching method is very good and understanding to every student. The faculty to student ratio of this college is 1:35 which is quite good as compared to other colleges. The faculties are very well qualified and educated in their respective fields of teaching. They are very dedicated to their student's academic performances. The term exams are likely to hold in every six months and every week there is also a weekly test taken by faculties to students. The weekly test helps students to get a revision of their studies as well as in their term exams or semesters.

The placement cell of this college is very good and supportive. The placement cell helps students to prepare for their group discussions and interviews. The placement cell of this college is far better than compared to other engineering colleges in Bihar. Various companies like Tech Mahindra, Wipro, TCS, HCL, Power Grid Corp. have come for recruitment of students. The highest package offered was 32 LPA. The average package offered is 4-5 LPA. Core branches like Civil and Mechanical department students got very low placement because very few companies have come to the recruitment of their related branch students. But the Overall Placement of other branches is good.

The fees structure of this college is quite normal as this college comes under government institution that's why fees of this college are quite low. Overall fees for any course in this college is approximately 30-40k per year which was easily affordable to students. But for those students who belong to low income families, the government helps them and provide scholarships and student credit card loans for their studies. College also collaborates in these government schemes. Unfortunately, college doesn't have any scholarship scheme but they provide best us more than anything that other institutions provide to their students.

The campus life of students plays a major role in their overall development and knowledge. There is ample infrastructure on the college campus. Inside the campus, there are academic buildings, Workshops, a Library, Various types of Laboratories, a Canteen, a Hostel, Gym, a Playground etc. are present on the campus. The Seniors of this college are very supportive and caring for their juniors. Although there were various types of extra curriculum activities held on the campus. Technical Fest known as Technoriti held every year in which students can participate in it and enjoyed and perform in various types of activities like dance, music, games, quizzes, sports etc.
