Remarks

Due to their Academic Collaboration with IBM and specialized degrees. Visit upes.ac.in to check around 20 CSE specializations and latest top level industrial labs. Everything is industry oriented and people are provided with Industry Recognized certifications. All the faculties are from industry and try to train students with skills needed. Also, the level of co curricular activity and student engagement in everything starting from the discipline committee to the placement committee is awesome. There are amazing research programs, R&D support and scholar benefits and funds.

Placement Experience

The placements are good.Companies like Dell, VMware, Postman, Deloitte, Pwc , Ericsson, Samsung , Informatica, ZS Associates, Linked In come on campus. So overall its amazing and packages also go well. The placement rate is close to 99.9 I guess everyone gets a job.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure can be quite expensive the whole Btech costs around 20 LAcs including hostel and all other expenses and then there are scholarship based on your semester results and grants for different research works projects. Also, there is financial assistance and various other fee waive off programs. Apart from that Job assistance is amazing. The career office works great towards providing all the support and opportunities.

Campus Life

There are around 60 clubs aiming at diff domains across IT , Tech and cultural. Even health & wellness is covered. There are activities round the years and people keep organizing events on day to day basis.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

UPES CSE Program provide the best insights!

No safety nets for getting admission in UPES as university is strict in taking students. UPES Engineering Admission Test also known as UPESAT has to be cleared. UPES has the best facilities!

Admission are through an entrance for engineering which is called UPESAT.
