I was from the obc category so some reservation benefit was received. The admission process is conducted online by jossa. The improvement I want to see is the process should be a little shorter and some teams like float and freeze should be cleared to students.

My interest in robotics persuaded me to choose ECE as the course. The student faculty ratio is good i.e 20:1. The faculty are MTech and PhD degree holders but the teaching method is quite old fashioned. The frequency of exams is every 2 months and it's easy to pass.

The internship opportunities are quite not good. The companies rolled out internships for 6 months for software engineer profiles, machine learning and data science profiles, and also trainee engineer positions with stipends from 0-80000. Projects were at par level with the industry standards.

The students of the 7th sem are eligible for placements. 75 + companies have visited the college for ECE up to now this year. These include Amazon, Adobe, Paytm siemens and so on. The highest package was 46 lakhs by Amazon and the minimum is 3.5 lakh. About 80% of students got placed this year. I will be joining my job after college.

Fees -160000. The fee does not hike for the entire term of 4 years once you are enrolled and the total cost of the student is around 10 lakhs for 4 yrs. As our income was below 5 lakhs. I got the job in the final yr through campus placement.

The culture fest organized is confluence organized in February and the technical one is techspardha in September. The library is huge and you could find everything there. The classrooms have ac, projectors and are well lit. Regular sports events are happening in the college like citius, inter hostel, inter year. Emr, microbus, technobite and Shiksha are some clubs here.

The hostel room is equipped with fans, lights, a balcony, an Almira, and well-tiled. The meal quality is mediocre and the menu is set weekly. The registration process for a hostel is easy and not that difficult. I do not rent a pg outside.
