A wonderful experience in 4 years of MSIT

The course eligibility is based on the rank in the Joint entrance exam. If you want to study here in Information Technology you need to give JEE mains exam or you can give WBJEE exam. If you score good marks and rank under 20,000 on the merit list in WBJEE you can get admission to this college. But you may face interviews or GD rounds for the extra counselling process. The course fee is around Rs 60k per semester. There is also reservation available for minority and PWD candidates

I have a deep interest in coding and software development. That's why I have chosen Information Technology in my Engineering. We had 50 students in our IT department and 15 professors and many lab assistants in our department. So our student-faculty ratio was very good. All of them are highly qualified and they have a lot of teaching experience. Some of them are researching in many fields. We had a lot of practical projects and practical classes and we had a lot of seminars organized. All of our classrooms have audiovisual study facilities. We had many mock exams and we had the 8th semester in 4 years. Last year is all about practical and campus placement. We had internal exams and practical exams too. They are easy to pass

MSIT is quite expensive. So the fee structure will not be suitable for many. The fee is going to be around 40k-60k per semester. So the total cost of the study is 4.5 L-5L. College does give fee deductions for some minority categories of students. However, you can apply for different types of scholarships like SVMCM, OASIS, Kanyashree & many others. If you got CGPA over 6.0 you are eligible for placement from the 6th semester of your course. The average salary of these jobs is 2.5L-4.5L per year. Many tech companies like WIPRO, AMAZON TCS, INFOSYS, MAHINDRA & many others come here. Most students will get job placement in campusing. Besides that, you can do internships both online & offline.

Our campus life was awesome. The campus is very big clean and peaceful. No ragging incident occurs here. Our college organizes many cultural programs tech fests food fests every year. And many popular singer-actors and Eminem personalities come here. We are encouraged for social activities. Our library is awesome too. You will find all kinds of books there from magazines to engineering books. And the library is very clean & organized. There is many sports activity like cricket football, basketball, table tennis & many more. Annual sports programs are also organised. Moreover, college life was fun. It's studying with full enjoyment. We had hostel facilities too.
