Remarks
The admission process was easy, it was cut off based admission. Around 8 to 10 cut-off lists were issued and because I got around 80% marks I got admission to the 6th cut-off list. You can find the application form at the office window which will be open till 2 p.m. The application fee was around 2500 rs. I did not avail any reservation benefits.
Course Curriculum Overview
I always liked history and political science as a subject that's why I decided to pursue it. There were enough teachers for students. Teachers and Staff were very polite and disciplined. Workforce holds Masters and Doctorate certification. Way of teaching was acceptable since they hold total information regarding their matters. Inquiries are settled without any problem. Term exams were on time (twice a year). If you study 3 to 4 hours a day it's enough to pass the exams.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly fees for the course were 10800 rs. and around 500 rs. exam fees for every semester (Total 6 semesters). The course will cost you around 36000 Rs. in total. There was a scholarship for SC and ST students and also for EWS students.
Campus Life
In Shyam Lal College we celebrate the annual music fest. with a celebrity chief guest. There was no fest. related to technology. The College library was really helpful almost every book related to the course was available at the library. Our college is really good in hockey and also there are many sports clubs like cricket, football, baseball and basketball. I was a member of college chess club.
