Colleg present at the heart of West Delhi.

At my time, the admission process is very simple on the basis of cutoff only. I went to shivaji colleg for ba hindi hons course before went to college, I checked the cutoff wheather I am suitable for colleg acc to cutoff or not. The admission process needs documents like marksheet of class 10th and 12th, cast certificates, aadhar card and other important ones too. The professor of colleg checked all needy documents and then collect that for verifying and also do calculation of four main subjects of class 12th to calculate the percentage for cutoff wheather percentage fits in cutoff or not. If it fits in cutoff then admission process is complete.

I choose hindi hons because I have a great interest in hindi subject. At Schooling time hindi is very comfort subject for me as I always had excellent marks in hindi subject so I decided to go in hindi field but the colleg hindi subjects or I can say hindi matter is totally different and now I can say hindi is complex subject too. The faculty of colleg is very good as environment, Buildings, garden, playground, canteen, classrooms are the ones that student can expect as in good manner but not in high standards. students ratio is also good. The teachers is too good and supportive as well as friendly too. Teaching method of teachers is also very good as teachers provide notes and also become anytype of helping hand for their students. Exams is divided in 6 semesters of 3 years. After every 6 months the exams held and the exam is sometimes difficult and sometimes easy too.

The fee structures is cheaper than other universities. Shivaji colleg is come under delhi university which is a central government university so the fees is cheaper here than other universities. The fees is around or approximately or between 10000 to 20000 and it depends on course. The different courses have different fees. The colleges which are under delhi university all have different fees for different courses between 10000 to 20000. The placement cell of colleg provides internships for students approx rupees 10000 only which is not worth it. Their is no scholarship and their is no importance of internship or job in colleg which is a major weaker point.

The life of the campus or Campus is excellent as their is greenery present everywhere and cleanliness too. Social life is good as their is pages or groups available at Instagram and Facebook which are officials and unofficials too. Many updates of colleg is available at Social media. Their are too many clubs present in colleg like dancing, drama, singing, nss, ncc and many more. All the clubs play major role to make shivaji colleg the good colleg. Their is no doubt about infrastructure of colleg which is too good. Before covid in February 2021 the fest was held which is vibrations. The vibrations was of two days, both days celebrity came, the best part of fest was jubin nautiyals voice. Always fest are conduct in January or February month. The best part of colleg is library which is too big and their are large number of variety of books available.
