The eligibility of this course is Intermediate passed from any recognized board. Delhi University Admissions were on a Merit-based system, In which students can apply for admission in various colleges according to the cutoff list which includes the best of three and the best of four marks. But from 2022 onward the criteria was changed to CUCET i.e., through entrance examination. So, students who were interested in taking admission to Delhi University should visit its website from time to time for updates regarding its entrance examination.

Hansraj College is famous for Hindi and other courses. I want to prepare for UPSC CSE, For that, I had decided to complete my graduation in Hindi. So, I could opt for it as my optional subject. As it is really a very scoring subject. All the faculties were highly experienced and the best in their respective fields. All the professors of the Hindi department were very polite. They always motivate us to perform well. There are a total of 12 professors in the Hindi department. For the past three years, students of the Hindi department were awarded gold medals at the University of Delhi. The course is very good and it links to other subjects also like history, politics, philosophy, and others. The semester exams were quite tough in offline mode. One should always focus on writing skills. But marking is good. The examination was held every six months (i.e. every semester).

Hansraj College provides various internship programs. And it also had community college programs which were open for all, there are various professional courses like diplomas in Mass Communication and Journalism, Digital Marketing, Database Management, and various others. It also offers placement.

There are no placements for arts courses. But college provides lots of internship programs, scholarships, and competitions. Alumni of Hansraj College were serving in every sector. Its alumni includes Sharukh Khan, Naveen Jindal, Shiny Ahuja, Gunjan Saxena, and many others. Its alumni were also serving in beaurocracy and politics. This year in UPSC CSE 2021 there are five students from Hansraj College.

Classrooms were properly ventilated and surrounded by lush greenery. Projectors, AC were provided in every room. Labs are also very neat and clean. The library of Hansraj College is very huge, and silence spread all around in it. One can easily concentrate and read anything of his or her choice. Students can easily get the books issued of his or their choice. The new initiative was taken by the National Book Trust to open many book corners around the whole college campus, one can easily stand there and read the book which was provided there. The hostel is very nice, nutritious food was served there. There are various college societies including NSS, NCC, EOC, UDAAN, VISION, NISHTHA, KAVYANJALI, HARITIMA, Hindi Sahitya Parishad, etc. They are very active and we're working at ground level.
