No, the selection process is quite good they mainly have 3 selection processes. the first is from the board's merit. the second is from the cut-off from JEE mains and the last one is from the entrance exam of the university that is UPESCAT.

Course Curriculum Overview

The exams are taken to be quite a serious way. they take exams in offline mode the end semester is quite tough to pass before one night of study. so you have to start studying to get a good score at the end semester.

I haven't worked for a company or any internship for a stipend yet, they provide internships to the final year's students in some companies for stipends to work with them but we haven't worked yet with some stipend companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

Till now I haven't got any internship with a stipend, I have worked for an NGO for 2 months but that was a part of the social internship and it was without a stipend. so till now, I haven't got any chance to work with you.

Yes, there are various student chapters and various clubs formed by UPES students which provide a lot of chances for the students to come up threw various tasks and they help a lot in their careers as well.

Hostel Facilities

The campus hostel has triple-sharing rooms and a common washroom in it, it is hygienic but not so good. the rooms are not so good, the room is less spacious and the fee of the hostel is too high it is about 1,80000 for a year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

UPES CSE Program provide the best insights!

No safety nets for getting admission in UPES as university is strict in taking students. UPES Engineering Admission Test also known as UPESAT has to be cleared. UPES has the best facilities!
