Upes college review - full satisfied

The admission process during my time was based on jee mains and board examinations scores because of covid. But the admission is based on the test organized by the college itself. We can find the application form on the college site itself. There are some reservations for the Uttarakhand localities.

I choose this course because I was very much interested in this course. The faculty member of the college is highly qualified with great knowledge and industrial experience too. They also provide assignments and notes for exam and placement preparation. The curriculum is very much relevant. College makes us industry ready. Exams are held twice a semester as mid-seems and the end seems and quizzes and tests are also held in between. The passing percentage is 33%.

Every student in the college gets an internship in the companies. Top companies came to our college for internships such as de shaw, Goldman Sachs, providence India, etc. Most companies are having roles with stipends too. Stipends depend on the job roles offered by the companies and if they find the work of the candidate too good then they also offer pre-placement offers to the students. They need to complete the projects during their internship period given by the company itself.

There was a 100% placement record this year. Students were placed in top recruiting companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Veta, etc. The highest placement this year was 50,00,000 and the average placement was 9,00,000. The maximum placement was for computer science Students. Students also got internships in companies such as de shaw, TCS, optimization, etc

Overall fees are 1600000. Scholarships are given to Uttarakhand localities and girl children. There is a scholarship for those too who lost their parents during covid and also for those who excel that is based on their merit. There was a 100% placement record this year. Students were placed in top recruiting companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Veta, etc.

Many fests are held in the college such as wow Wednesdays every Wednesday. There is a fest called Orjaa held every year in the college which is a very much fun event. There are many social groups too handled by the students and mentored by the faculty members.
