Best Private College of Uttarakhand

College have good campus but they are not taking care about the placements.

I passed the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE), obatained 1160 Uttarakhand Rank and 60,000 All India Rank. This college has best faculty.

In this college more focus is given on study. Two types of examination is done, internal examination and external examination. Internal is of 50 marks and external is of 100 marks. Internal marks is also divided as follows: 15 First sessional, 15 Second sessional, 10 attendance and 10 teacher assessment.

No, At that time it does not provide any internship. They only issue the vocational training letter.

Normally software companies came for recruitment. If you want to join core companies then there is less possibility of placements. Also you should have at least 60 throughout in 10, 12 and B.Tech then you can sit in the placements. At our time HR was not supportive.

Number of events are done at COER, which is organized by severral committee of COER. There committee are Abhyudaya, Disha, Orja, Linguistic, Sports Committee, SPIC Macay, Eco Club, COER Aero Club, Karuna Club, COER Connect, APEC. All these committee are run by COER students under the guidance of COER faculty.

At our time tution fee was 53,000/-. This college have highest fee in the roorkee region. Along with this you need to pay security fee, library fee, examination fee. if you are opting hostel then you need to pay hostel fee also. Hostel fee is also maximum in the roorkee region.

Yes, College also provide the loan facility if required. But during my study I did not opted this facility.

Campus life is good. gender ratio is almost equal. Lots of extra curricular activities are done at college. labs are well maintained. regular sports activities are done at this college. Lots of robotics competitions are organized. I enjoyed lots during my study.

Maximum number of hostel are available in the COER campus. Both boys and girls hostel have separate boundaries. Hence there is no security issues. if you want to stay in pg then you can opt this facility in roorkee. As there is good connectivity from Roorkee.

Senior was good. Initially they disturbed us little bit. but after some time they helped us also. College have good alumni network.

B.Tech is all about doing the work throughout the course. Here back to back exam are organized. At the starting of semester you face first sessional after one month second sessional and at last semester exam is organized. In between these examination practical examination is also conducted.

I Scored good rank in AIEEE examination. Using this score card I appeared in Uttarakhand state counseling and got this college. After admission full fee is submitted at the college campus in the form of demand draft. After fee submission classes is started.

Some faculties are from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee after their retirements. Some are from repudiated colleges. Maximum faculties are teaching from last 15 years and they are expert in their subjects. They also give timely assignment and check in tutorial classes.
