BBS entrance was conducted and I scored 69.11 marks out of 100. Got 1429 rank and I decided to opt for Shivaji college because it provides higher placements and has very good infrastructure and faculty moreover it was convenient for me to go there as compared to other ones.

This course has a excellent structure ( 3 years ) and very wide range of subjects are covered over 3 years which provides various career options to the student for example finance, economics, maths, environmental studies and the faculty here is very good they are highly qualified and carry good soft skills.

As of now, not much companies have visited our college, as I'm in first year only.but I've heard of some companies which visited and are again going to visit us example Accenture Ltd. UAS international etc.

Shivaji college, actually is famous for higher placements and job opportunities in huge companies huge number of companies visit us every year.

College festivals various fest's are organized in our college in november december like enactus fest which teaches student to earn something for them fashion fest ( I'm also going to be part of it next year ). Women empowerment interacting session and due to these our college is rated A grade by NAAC recently.

Yes DU provides fee scholarships for which a test is conducted and topper in each field gets the scholarship.

Campus is quite good as there are quite a few malls near the college and coming to gender ratio, there are as many girls compared to boys students come from different regions of India and there are various extracurricular activities and societies like NCC, NSS, VYAM ( acting society ), fashion society Labs also are well maintained ( chemistry physics and biology ) and our college has a huge huge ground and provides almost every sport to take part. Be it cricket football lawn tennis table tennis etc. Various competitions and debates are held every Saturday in auditorium which opens up the mind of students.

As of now, college doesn't have its own hostel but as it is located in rajouri garden a populated area PGs can easily be found at reasonable rates.

Seniors here are too good they are very polite to us no ragging of course they helped us in every issue till now though we haven't meet our alumni but we're sure of being them good.
