A pool of opportunities in the form of Internship

I choose this course because it was my last seat allocation result and I didn't wanted to drop a year, as well as this college is very near to my native place dehradun, all the faculty members are highly qualified and experienced in terms of teaching. The term exams are of moderate level , it basically depends on how much you focus in your class and all depends upon the faculty who is teaching you, for me it was easy and I scored good marks even with slight preparation.

This college gives very good internship facilities and promotes corporate culture , seniors tell you about upcoming opportunities and is also mailed to us by college itself. Internship from some of the big companies are offered to the students of this college for example Infosys, TCS , L&T etc .some of very good internships from IIT madras and IIT BHU is also offered to the students

Students become eligible for placement from 3rd Year onwards, this college has a great placement records even though it is situated in hilly are far from airport and railway facility and is better than any other private college placement, the average package overall of the college is near about 6 lakh and In which 21 lakh in campus was highest and 1cr off campus, but choosing this college could be a life changing decision, you might regret it because of campus size. Personally my plans are to settle in Sweden in upcoming years by grabbing a good placement either in data security field or in merchant navy. Telling about my branch ie mechanical engineering last year about 90% Students got placed with highest package of 16 lakh and average package of 5 lakh. Being a new college it has mediocre placement records , talking about CSE branch the highest package was 21 lakh in campus and 1 cr off campus, this place is know for it's nice location small campus and less pressure of academic, seniors from this college has got jobs in BARC and qualified UPSC. This college although don't have good sports facility but will give you more chances to compete in Inter NIT competitions The fees structure is very less comparing with IIT and IIITs ,fees is refunded for SC and ST students and also for students falling under EWS category, personally I didn't got any of it and I have to pay full fees, although their are many scholarship opportunity available in this college which is shared to us Via emails.

Their are many clubs indulged in different different activities in this college. Majorly there are 5-6 very known clubs, CFAC (cultural club) which organizes fests ,freshers and other cultural events, technical club is indulged in Majorly coding and hardware designing( it provides a very good coding culture, and seniors also give good support), sports club: although there are not many sports facility available in this college but seniors try to give most out of it and this community is infamous for good athletes. There are many more such great community/clubs like mechanical club, mess community etc

Hostels are very clean especially for 1st year students , but we have to share room with 2 other roommate that is 3 person sharing which makes privacy a joke, toilets are very clean and there are much more number of toilets than the student it self (talking about my Hostel ie H5), but if you get Hostel 4 , you might have to suffer alot due to less space and a bit of overused toilets Mess food is good, not outstanding but it's nice Mess community prepares the Mess menu and is incharge of any happening in Mess food , I haven't seen any case of typhoid or food poisoning since i entered this college Hostel fees is very affordable, food is nice and rooms are spacious, but just privacy becomes a myth.

The admission was on the basis of my JEE mains rank, I got 53k rank in Jee Mains 2023, I got this college in my CSAB round 2 seat allocation, I got mechanical engineering because I was in general category and other than that, my admission process was very smooth and quick. If you get lucky with you CSAV counselling you will be able to get into higher branches.
