A great experience

As usual course is divided into 8 semesters. The first 2 sems are common for everyone. From the 3rd sem i.e. 2nd year specialisation system occurs where every student has to choose a specialisation such as AI ML, cyber security and forensics, cloud computing, data science, etc. The faculty members are great as they are very helpful as well as highly dedicated towards their subject.

Well, there is a social internship which is compulsory for every student to do at the end of 1st year in their own hometown. In this every student needs to do work with NGOs for which they get marks in 2nd year results according to their performance.

Placement rates are about 95 percent here with an average package of 9-10 lpa. The highest package which was offered here was 50 lpa which happened in 2023 only. 3 people were offered this 50 lpa package.

The fee is around 20 lakh for everyone. But after applying for scholarships, if you get 30 percent of the scholarship your fees will come to around 15 lakh. For domicile students (Uttrakhand), they also get a scholarship of 30 per cent.

Campus life is superb. There are so much of events that take place every month. Societies and clubs are there in which everyone can participate. These clubs and societies give so much opportunities to everyone to get exposure for future opportunities.

Hostel is very nice as compared to what people usually think when they hear the word "hostel". You get 4 time meals a day and the meal quality is very good just like home. The hostel warden and management is also very helpful.

Direct admission. But got a scholarship of 30 per cent as I was in the 95 percentile in Jee main. A student with 90+ per cent in boards or 90+ percentile in jee main can also get a 30 per cent scholarship. You must register first, and then they will mail you the admission date.
