Rock garden is best in the college it should be seen
Ground is beautiful filled with greenery
New building it's with various faciltities have been made

Dislikes

College timing is late and it is difficult for people living long distance
Washroom are not cleaned too much and infrastructure is not too good
Faculty is sometimes late it's not available sometimes

I chose this course because I want to pursue for competitive exams in future and have interest kind off in this subject Faculty is average and teaching method is fine Exams are conducted semester wise in every 6 months

Fees structure is as follows First year 6000 approx Second year 6000 approx Third year 6784 /- It's a affordable fee and can be afforded by students too Scholarships are provided in college but I am not a part of any scholarship Campus is very beautiful

Campus Life

Annual fest is good it's named as Diwali mela and even tech fests are conducted Various societies conduct various fest like by NCC club and eco club and many more. Classrooms are fine it's available with good benches and good opportunities are given for sports club too like cricket vollyball and other sports are playes. Music society is best society and have been awarded with many prices

Admission

The admission process was fine it's a merit based admission and the student should be passed in 12 th Fees was fine for the college it's affordable No improvement it's fine Application form can be found in the du website For other colleges on their own site

Honest review of DU SOL B.A. good for working students not for regular college experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose B.A from DU SOL because the course curruculmis exactly the same as regular DU colleges which gives degree strong crediblity for UPSC goverment jobs and further studies like M.A the syllabus is coprehensive and covers core subjects like histyory, poltical science and english litreature in detail

KMC and DU reality and my college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is a bit too theoretical and less practical. The exams in the college takes places every month which are seasonals and are for internal marking and then we have semester exams in every 6 months which accounts for the external marking.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. The teachers also continuously conduct tests and examinations for improving the academics of the students

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

DCAC- a summary of college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course itself is prestigious and is mostly opted for by people who plan either on preparing for the Civil Services or those who want to pursue academia. The course structure is framed in a manner that you don't just simply study history there, but you ingrain a critical viewpoint of a young historian. The faculty of History Hons. has some of the best Professors in the University, although you will in any course at any college find some teachers below your expectations, you don't have to bear them for more than 1 or 2 semesters. Passing the exams is not very difficult, but yes scoring above average is. If you get a GPA ranging from 6 to 7, you've performed fine. Above that is considered a Very good performance in Hons. courses of Social sciences at Delhi University. there are semester exams every 5- 6 months

I applied to several colleges including hansraj college ,kirorimal college within in the university of delhi,along with a couple of private institutions such as christ university and amity university.among the zakir hussain college stood out due to its unique offering in a certain parameter. but unfortunately i didn't secure admission to hansraj or kirori mal due to their higher cutoff in my courses .
