Course Curriculum Overview
This course is always my goal from the for technology. And was always wanted to be in this line. There are around 2200 students and 150 faculties. The faculties are highly qualified they have done doctorate from IITs and NITs so there is a lot to learn from them. The semester exam is done timely and the exam is quite difficult to pass .
Internships Opportunities
Microsoft is the company which offered intership with stipend. And you have to work very hard on project and skills so that you can stand ahead from crowd it here at UPES. Always try to work on your skill as it very important part to get job .
Placement Experience
From 6 th semester students become eligible for placement and there opportunities but not very much. Microsoft, Dell , Adobe are some of the company which visited our campus in past years. The highest package offered was 18 Lakhs and 7 Lakhs . There is 75% placement record last year. Have not planned it yet.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is fees hike policy every year and cost to study is quite expensive and not affordable at all . Scholarship is available student who perform well in JEE and CUET . Financial assistance is provided to students who are from domicile state. There is on campus job with stipend opportunities.
Campus Life
UURJA AND UHACKTHON are annual fest and tech fest respectively are held in November and September . There is lots and lots books available in the library. There is not mamy facilities available in the classroom but it consists of projecter and soundproof classroom. Football ground and cricket ground are present and lot many basketball court and badminton court.
Hostel Facilities
There is just standard facilities available in the room nothing special. Meal quality it good but sometimes it not make upto a level where I can say it's good. Registeration process is very easy and quick fill form and select the hostel . I don't pg and locality because I haven't explored it yet.
Admission
This course has a eligibility criteria of minimum 50% in class 12th and 10th . Application form can be found on the website and the application fees is around 1300. Dates are announced after the completion of board examination. Reservation benefits are given to domicile students of Uttarakhand around 30% scholarship . No improvement required according to me.Touch and hold a clip to pin it. Unpinned clips will be deleted after 1 hour.
