Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I wanted to. Faculty ratio is actually good. In some subjects there are 2/3 faculty for one subject. Faculty behavior is quite good towards the students , they are supportive. Their teaching method is also really interesting. 1st semester exams were conducted during the period of December to January. Exams are moderate. It is easy to pass the exams.
Internships Opportunities
Most of the companies which offered internships were stratups, Mostly the role was for content writer or management or data analysis. The interships are a good way for financing your own needs independently.
Placement Experience
From 6th semester the students are eligible for the placements in the campus. Highest package was 16 lakhs and average is 5 lakhs. Only 50% of students gat palcements. I am planning to complete masters degree and then persuing MBA.
Fees and Financial Aid
I personally feel that the fee is not too high. But the cost of living in hostel or pg is quite high. If you are not from Delhi your major expenses would be hostel fee and mess fee. I didn't had any scholarship, but there is fee concession for economically weaker section (EWS) students.
Campus Life
There are many annual fest the first major fest is Diwali mela during diwali, and many other fest are conducted during the month of February. You may/may not find the exact book you are looking for. There are basic amenities provided in the classroom. There are sports in the campus. There are societies for dance, music, drama, modeling etc. There is also NCC and NSS in the campus
Admission
The eligibility criteria is one should pass 12th class from any recognized board or any equivalent. One must first apply for "CUET" entrance test, which is a mcq based examination. After the results will be declared. One must regularly check the admission website of Delhi University. Fill the "CSAS" form and pay the fees, this is the phase-1 of the application. Then in the 2nd phase of the application one must check his/her eligibility in various courses and make a preference sheet based on their choice of college or course. The improvement I would like to see in the admission process is that all the process should take place quickly. Because the it takes time in the process more the students get tensed and feel pressurised because of their families.
