No negative Feedback. I just have positive things to say about college. I feel lucky to be an ELSA.

No Entrance Exam was required. 12th Exam score was enough to get into LSR. LSR is a renowned college and I always wanted to study economics. I scored 96.50 percentage in my board exam. I was lucky enough to clear its cutoff!

Since I am from 2016 batch when FYUP (four-year undergraduate program) was introduced in its first year, subjects were very general and interesting. Evaluation of those subjects was on the basis of presentations and creativity. And the teachers were brilliant too! During my second year, FYUP was scrapped and our entire curriculum changed. Then most of the subjects were hard-core economics based.

Yes, my Gmail was always flooded with emails from the internship/placement cell, most of them were from startups. Big shot companies like JSW and EY also came. General stipend ranges from INR 10,000 till INR 20,000 per month.

There were abundant opportunities for placement during the final year. Several companies including McKinsey, Bain, Kepler Cannon, and IDInsight, among others, knocked LSR's doors. LSR Fetched the highest package ie INR 29 Lacs in the entire Delhi University that year from EY Parthenon.

We used to have cultural fests as well as departmental fests. We also used to get good enough opportunity to actively volunteer to participate in them. In addition, different societies host their own fests including NSS, Rest and alumna cell, among others.

LSR under Delhi University is a Government College. Fees during my time were around 11 thousand per year which is very less compared to other private colleges. I personally feel that fee structure in LSR is very much feasible. LSR also provides scholarship options to students with the economically weaker background.

Hostel seats are very less and are not open for Delhites. For outstation students, only 10 percent get the opportunity to avail hostel seats. And the selection of students is based purely on merit basis. For the rest of the students, LSR is surrounded by so many girls PGs. But their charges are comparatively high.

Exam structure was divided into two types of tests - Internal (20 percent) and External (80 percent). Both the tests happen once in a semester and twice in a year. Sometimes we used to get surprised tests. Otherwise, regular days were pretty chilled out!

In Delhi University, there are multiple cut offs released, different cut off for different courses as well as colleges. When I saw LSR's third cutoff, I immediately decided this was it! This is where I want to go. Admission process here is very smooth and organized. All the seniors were extremely helpful. I was able to complete the entire process in less than 2 hours.

Course Structure or curriculum for all the Delhi University colleges is more or less the same. What sets apart LSR is its faculty and quality of teaching. The entire faculty was very helpful and supportive. We could knock down their doors anytime for a smallest possible doubt we had.
