Remarks

The management of the college is very bad . They just keep on asking money for unnecessary things like they included money for value added program in the fee structure but when it comes to organizing the programs the students were asked to register for those separately

Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

Outdated. The syllabus that is being taught is about the technologies developed in 1980's, the languages taught are outdated. There are very few of them that are useful in today's world. There is hardly any practical knowledge provided by the college, most of the knowledge provided is theoretical.

Internships Opportunities

Not internship but Yes, the college sometimes organizes workshops on various topics but the workshops conducted in most of the cases are just for a couple of days, so not knowledgeable enough.they also organize summer training programs on various topics which are beneficial for students, if provided by the right faculty.

Placement Experience

1

The job opportunities are ok for the cs/it/ECE branch, but for other branches, hardly one or two companies visit the campus. Even for cs/it the companies that visit offer a very low package ranging from 1.8-2.8 lpa , apart from one or two reputed companies like hcl , all the other companies were not up to the mark

College Events

4

Various events are organized from time to time by the student committees who work hard to make their events successful.the main cultural fest Zion is Organized by the cultural committee oorja that has hosted some celebrities like honey singh , gajendra verma in recent years. The Technical fest Manthan is organized by technical committee disha ,which includes events like robo race and other Technical competitions.

Fees and Financial Aid

Apart from the tuition fee waiver, offered at the time of utu counseling and the scholarship provided by the government for the students belonging to obc or sc/st community ,no other scholarship opportunities are available, neither any loan facilities are provided by the college

Hostel Facilities

3

The hostel facility is ok ,not good enough, but not very bad either, but the food is not good . The rooms are small for both either in case of single occupancy or double . Since the college is situated on the national highway there are various restrictions put in place by the college for the hostel residents.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no network provided by the college . You can personally contact an alumni if you have their contact otherwise no network is provided by the college ,hardly two alumni came to visit the college during my course time

Exam Structure

The exam structure is usually ok, but the timetable for the exam is released hardly one week before, which i think needs to be taken care of earlier than this. The exam structure usually consists of one to the two-day gap in any exam which is sufficient for the students to go through the syllabus for revision.

Admission

I got admission through the counseling round that was conducted in the college itself , we were made to be seated according to the class xii percentage and were allotted branches based on those . There are also other ways like utu counseling to get admission in to the college

Faculty

2

There were few faculty that were good, but most of them had resigned and left the college and now most of the faculty is inexperienced , there are very few experienced faculty left in the college. Most of the knowledge provided by the college staff is theoritical and very few efforts are put in to provide practical knowledge to the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is highly relevant, focusing on practical knowledge for real-world prep, though more hands-on application and updated content would strengthen it. Exams occur 6 times yearly; they are tough but fair for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.
