Honest review

As my branch is electronics and communication engineering in this I can easily get knowledge about both core and non core things.And placement rate is also good.And in future there are so many opportunity you can get from this as this branch is mainly about semiconductor which is the future. The curriculum is quite old as new things are introduced so syllabus must have to update according to recent. Also the teaching methods is improved as compare to before but need some more changes.

6th semester is your internship semester in this semester if you not get in intern then you have to do project under professors. Flipkart, Microsoft and many companies visit and takes lot of students and they offer 1.6 lakhs per month salary for 6 months. Projects are different for different branches like cs/it students do projects related to coding and ece do projects related to semiconductor.

The placement of this college is nice. The average package is 15lakhs which is so good compare to other colleges. You eligible for placement is from 4th year that is 7th semester. Many companies visited this college the top companies are Microsoft, Flipkart, KPMG , Deloitte and many more and they provide good offers and take many students. Last year the highest package is 1.25 crore and average is 15lakhs. 85% students get placed and rest 15% who was not placed because they are preparing for government jobs or pursuing higher studies. My plan is to get job with good package and explore the world.

As my college is a government college, so fee is quite affordable and there are different fee category for different students. Students whose incomes is greater than 5lakhs then there fee are 75k per semester, between 1-5lakhs :- 35k per semester, less than 1lakhs:- 12k per semester. And for sc/st students fee is same as of less than 1lakhs students.The complete tuition fee of 4 years are around 3lakhs and if hostel fee is included then around 7-8 lakhs. Scholarship mainly given to the students whose incomes is less than 1lakhs and also to sc/st students. One of my friend, she is sc and she got scholarship of 35k.

The campus here is green everywhere trees are present. Vibe of this campus is so nice. And campus cover area of around 300 acers. Following are fest that held in this college are:- 1) Confluence - Cultural fest(month - October)4 days fest. 2) Techspradha - Technical fest(month- March) 4 days fest. 3) Citius- Sports fest(month - febuary) 3 days fest. Sports culture of this college is so incredible, many matches are won in inter nit competition. Library is quite small and also not that variety of friction books are present but you get all books related to your studies.You can easily access books here. Infrastructure is old so the facility of the class is not good but know construction is going on so in 1year the classroom have more facilities. The club/ societies here are so active you get to know so many things other than studies.for different activities different clubs are present like for photog(photography), MaD(management), ELAD(English writing/debating) etc and societies related to

Girls hostels are so good, infrastructure and everything thing are so well organised. Girls get single room from the 1st year. Also full hygiene and clean hostel. But boys hostel conditions are so bad because there hostels are so old and in first year you got triple room, but from 2nd year onwards you got single room. Food in mess are so bad in taste you get 3 times meal in a day in breakfast mainly you get is paratha(as people of harayana are so in love with prathas). During the admission process you get the option to accommodate hostel if you want. The fee of both hostel and mess combined is 40k per year.

Admission process is through JOSAA counseling. for participate in this counselling you first have to qualified jee mains. Almost everyone knows about jee mains entrance exam so you easily get all the information related admission process and everything.You easily get information on website of jee and also through YouTube. Reservation is based on caste and PWD. Jee mains exam conduct twice every year and around 10lakhs students applied for the paper so almost exam is going on for 5 days continuous and 2 shift in one day.
