NIT Kurukshetra : An underated institute

I had chosen the course of B.Tech with the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) branch. The main reason of mine choosing this course is, nowadays the influence of the technology can be seen anywhere and with this increase in the technology, their will happen rapid growth in the field of electronic devices in the future which give me an opportunity to learn about these.

I don't know very much about the internship opportunities of this college but there are many training and internships programs are made to be available to the students in collaboration with different MNCs.

The placement ratio of this institute is very good as compared to other engineering institutes. After 5th / 6th semester person with good skills can get an internship very easily which helps to get the job more effectively but if someone didn't get the placement from the college placement cell but he can also get the job from outside without much efforts.

The total expense of studying in this institute will not be much low, you will need around 7 lacs for the course fee and if you avail the hostel facility it will cost you extra 80 thousand per year but if you are an SC/ST student or your family income is less than 1 lakh annually then there is 100% waive off on your tuition fees. You'll have to give only the hostel fees.

The campus life of this college is majorly nice. There are many events occurs in the institute frequently. The cultural fest "Confluence" and technical fest "Techsparda" are the main fests of our college in which lots of fun and educational activities happens. And also there are many clubs and societies in this institute which give many opportunities to a person to excell their skills.

The hostel facility of this institute is overall good. The rooms are in good condition with enough space left after the bed placement. Facilities like LAN, Geyser, etc are also there. The food quality of the mess food is quite okay. And there is also a common room for every student for entertainment and fun activities.

To get admission in the NIT Kurukshetra for an undergraduate program, a person has to clear the exam of JEE Mains. And after that he/she has to opt this institute in the JoSAA or CSAB counseling, which are the online process along with all his/her details. And after getting the seat in any round of the counseling he/she need to visit the college on the day of physical reporting for the verification of the documents. And after all these processes and doing necessary payments you got admission in this institute.
