Course Curriculum Overview
I am currently pursuing BA programme in politics science and history. These subjects would help me in upsc preparation. In my further preparation, I would choose one of the subjects as optional. The subjects provides variety of topics to study.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure for my course in Delhi University is 18850 per annum. Some of the scholarship in our college are as follows :- Dr. Usha Aggarwal Trust The scholarship is awarded to the students of B.Com (Hons) II and III Year each, who secure the highest percentage of marks (above 70% in aggregate) in the College, in the first attempt. Satya Pal Bansal Memorial Scholarship A monthly scholarship of Rs 1000/- is awarded to the best student of B.A. (Programme.) Ist year on the basis of his/her examination results Sultan Chand Dropadi Devi Education foundation (Dr. Miss Usha Aggarwal) It is awarded to the student of B.Com (H) III year who secures the second highest percentage of marks, (above 70% in aggregate) in the college, in B.Com (H) II year.
Campus Life
Shivaji college of Delhi University provides various co-curricular activities. College campus life offers a diverse and dynamic environment where students can learn, grow, and make lasting memories. Our college has one of the prestigious ground of the whole du. It has basketball court , volleyball court, tennis court and big ground for cricket and football.
Admission
The admission process was through the cuet exam conducted by NTA. In 2022 , first time entrance test was conducted by for the admission in central university. Seats are reserved for scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and OBCs as well. The exam was neither too difficult nor too easy. The areas for improvement could be to reduce the reservation seats so that fair opportunities should be available.
