I like course because of The alignment of the curriculum with industry demands and technological advancements. Faculty is Good to teach.

Students starts getting placed after the 3rd year , many companies have visited the campus like wipro microsoft and many more companies have also visited for placements highest package for upes is around 52 lakhs per annum and as per the college percent of students placed is 100%

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees including everything for my course BTech CSE is around twenty lakhs they give scholarships on the basis of 12th and jee percentage but only for 1year which is not satisfactory and not everyone can afford this amount of money

Campus Life

Campus life is very good in upes as it is situated between mountains , there are many festivals organised in upes and the library is also huge with every book available there there are many students club also

Admission

You should have passed 12th so you can take admission into this course the admission process of upes was good i was admitted on the basis of my jee percentile so I didn't gave any entrance test but i have heard the entrance exam is not that hard

The faculty provided is good at upes they are all well skilled and many have completed their masters degree from iit's which is a great thing and we can interact with the faculty whenever we want there is no such restrictions

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

UPES CSE Program provide the best insights!

No safety nets for getting admission in UPES as university is strict in taking students. UPES Engineering Admission Test also known as UPESAT has to be cleared. UPES is top class!

I applied at GECET of Graphic Era and gave other entrances too. Apart from JEE, I cleared almost all and only one left was that. UPES has the best facilities!

Admission are through an entrance for engineering which is called UPESAT. The best thing is the paper can be given anytime as it's online and if students want they can directly come to the university and then give that exam.
