The systematic way of teaching here is just like any other BIT campus and they emphasize on concepts as well as real world applications of each concepts in the CS course. The Specialization and minor courses also allows us to study the trending topics out of the syllabus too. There are two quizzes of 10 marks , a Mid-semester of 25 marks and an End-semester of 50 marks. We get adequate time to prepare for exams

Internship are offered by many companies as well as projects are done under some of the best professors of ours. A lot of people also go for online internship rathe than remote one's. College helps a lot in finding a good internship to students in the 3 month summer Break with a good stipend I haven't done any internships yet , but senior have done it and they are satisfied.

You'll be eligible for campus placement from 5th sem. Major companies like Microsoft,Adobe, Amazon and PayPal visits our campus. Major bengluru based IT start-ups too visit us. The highest package for last batch was 44 lpa offered by Amazon.

There are various scholarships available to meritorious students most notably GP Birla Scholarship. Assistance is also given to underprivileged students. The total cost of the course is 16 -17 lakhs .

The Annual fest that happens every year is Prakrida in which teams from various colleges come to participate in the sports events. Another Biannual fest is Technika which is Tech+cultural fest. Apart from it Jhalak happens every year which a one-day cultural event. Apart from these three many other events are organised by clubs. Student run clubs like Team Focus are dedicated to encourage students do better and better in every field from academics to sports to volunteering to cultural events. In short "We Ace" , Team Focus is also a one stop solution for every study material available to juniors .

Hostel is a must for student. Hostels are very clean and aery. Rooms provided to us have a bed, a platform to study , a ceiling fan and a cabinet to keep your stuff. You'll have to get your own mattress. The Mess is great when it comes to food. Menu is varied daily. Registration process for hostel is offline and is done after fee payment. It's definitely better than Hostels in Mesra

You need to apply via jossa counseling as the college is a GFTI. Your eligibility is 75% in 12th and JEE mains examination. You can also take admission in left seats after CSAB by online special round conducted by BIT Mesra.

All the Faculty members are experienced in their respective fields and are very good at teaching. All the teachers take a systematic approach in order to teach the concepts. The teachers are are very interactive and you can approach them anytime when needed accordingly.
