Remarks

Worst management I have seen ever whether u take management in field of events or anything.

IIT 98 marks. I opted for this college because I didn't qualified for any other good colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is fine but the faculties in the college are not qualified enough. They didn't gave me practical knowledge instead they made us to go theoretical and remember everything.

Internships Opportunities

They provide internship just for namesake. I did my intern in a sales company. I asked for some core company but they can't provide us.

Placement Experience

Placement they will provide but for them it doesn't matter whether the company deals with sales or marketing.

College Events

Different events are celebrated in our college both technical and non technical. Technical includes the event include Robotics competition and many more. Non technical includes our annual fest and fresher day.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's too much expensive around 2.15 lac per year. Hostel and mess facilities are average I.e. 5/10.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship facilities are provided for students having some 3.7 pointers out of 4. And that too not high level of scholarship.

Campus Life

Everything is average I would give 5/10. And labs are really worse.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors were helpful they too were suffering.

The curriculum is highly relevant, focusing on practical knowledge for real-world prep, though more hands-on application and updated content would strengthen it. Exams occur 6 times yearly; they are tough but fair for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

From the 7th semester you can sit on the placement drives.. Multiple companies visited like accenture,adobe,tcs etc. The percentage is little bit low this year..i have not much knowledge about it right now. I will try to get a good job.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

UPES CSE Program provide the best insights!

No safety nets for getting admission in UPES as university is strict in taking students. UPES Engineering Admission Test also known as UPESAT has to be cleared. UPES is top class!

I applied at GECET of Graphic Era and gave other entrances too. Apart from JEE, I cleared almost all and only one left was that. UPES has the best facilities!

Admission are through an entrance for engineering which is called UPESAT. The best thing is the paper can be given anytime as it's online and if students want they can directly come to the university and then give that exam.
