The core branch has very good conditions (CE, ME, EEE) WHEREAS the branch like Cse and Ece are not in good condition.

I have opted this college because of so many reasons like a small 20 acres campus gives you a peaceful environment to study. The profit of less student gives us the opportunity to grow up more. It is situated in the very outer location of Dehradun.the there are just awesome here

The course curriculum is accessible easily with the help of faculty, library, visual projectors, videos etc. There are regular events held so that course curriculum is can be easily accessible. But sometimes lack of good faculty disturbs us by reaching our maximum extent

College doesn't help directly in any internship program but if one is interested college will help as much as possible

Placement and job opportunities are not good in this fee structure range. Because of so many reasons there is less no. Of student of more brilliance. College doesn't spend more on placement because if it is so there is less scope that student will get placed

Events held in college are:- Regular workshop in every department - these events are fully academics sometimes it is optional for some students it makes us aware of recent technologies in every field. Picnic and tours:- These are held to refresh the mind of faculty as well as students

Fee structure of Shivalik college of engineering Dehradun comes under mid-range high although it is college, not the university. The fee structure is feasible. In course of b.tech, your all four years will be completed in maxi seven lakh with the hostel. The hostel includes 70 thousand per year.

There is no scholarship facility offered by college but institution help in other conductance of these type of program

Extracurricular activity like sports is good here. Tournament held at a regular interval of time but college focuses more on academics of the college. College has won many prizes in the field of robotics. There are students from Bihar, Uttarakhand, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh.

Hostel room facilities are just awesome where if we talk about hostel mess food it is not totally worst but can say 40% good and 30% just ok and rest 30% is tasteless.newespaper came regularly in hostel building, there are separate hostel rooms and buildings for boys and girls as well as seniors and juniors

Alumni network are not good here there are no any alumni meet with the current student so that they can show us some path to survive in the corporate world

There is two semester that is external exam held by Uttarakhand technical university. And 4 internal exam held by the college itself. The semester exam held in May and December as even and odd semester respectively. Exam pattern is different for different branches and years
