My college is amazing in infrastructure and good in academics.

Because I had to do specialization in computer science and that is the college in which I got this all specialization in computer science that's why I took the admission in University of petroleum and energy studies so that I could study in detail about one aspect of it.

The course curriculum is good enough. We are being taught about the devops overview in which we r knowing the core of our course that what is actually in it and in the first year physics, maths, programming and data structures, and basic electronics subjects are also there.

Yes, our college provides internship programme. In the third year of college, it is necessary to do the internship.

The knowledge gained in entire 4 years of a specialized course in CS is a great opportunity to learn the latest technologies & create your own path out of it. Having said that the top placement (on campus) for CSE was offered by Dell more than 6+LPA. Apart from that on-campus placement average was around 3.5 LPA. Though students who have good knowledge applied via online sites for off-campus & got selected in various companies and are offered more than 6LPA.

Students get together to celebrate the spirit of life by performing in various cultural, technical and social events in various dimensions of performing arts. There are solo and group performances like Music (Instrumental & Vocal), Dancing, Face Painting, Collage Making, Paper Presentation, Debate, Model Making, Robotic Competition, Skits, Drama, etc.

The Fee Structure (for 2018–21 ) for BTech. In computer science and engineering with specialization in DevOps is here: Add around 50–60 k for other charges like Personality Enhancement Program Fee, Industrial Tour Fee, Computing Facilities Fee etc. That makes it more than 14.5 Lacs for 4 years. You’ll have to shell out more than 1.2 Lac every year for most of the hostels. Even the campus hostel raises the fees by 10k every year. I think this time, they have raised the fees by 20k plus 10k as a security fee.

Yes if a student in his or her first year of college scores 90 to 95 % then he or she can get the scholarship

Campus life is cool, fun and amazing. The gender ratio is like 5:3 (boys: girls). Yes, there is a diversity of greenery and books too. Extracurricular activities are also there like drama, singing, and dancing etc. Physics, basic electronics, computer science all labs are there.

It's above average!! The conversation which I have had about mess food with a couple of my friends who are from different colleges has brought me to the conclusion that mess food served in UPES is much better than other colleges!!! The special mess is pretty good!!!

Yes, our seniors are really helpful. If we go and ask them for anything, they help us a lot in Making our work easier.

Exam structure is great in my college as in from the seating arrangement which is like first if me the other person from another branch will be sitting right next to me. 60% of the exam paper consists of the syllabus that is after a mid segmenter exam and 40 % of the paper before that.

My senior friend who already studies there referred me to consider this institute as it has a wide variety of specialization in computer science and engineering so I gave the exam of the University of petroleum and energy studies and I cleared it with the good marks and I stepped into it

The faculty is not so good that I have thought before coming to this college (University of petroleum and energy studies). In the first year of the first semester of college, they teach us only what is going to come in exam. No extra knowledge, no information ahead of the syllabus is provided.
