Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Computer engineering is a great course to peruse it can make us ready for the future version of ourselve it choose this course because it has a great impact on market and overall basis a advancement in technology it makes us future ready for all key aspects of upcoming technology it is an overall best course to choose for upcoming years it can be a great asset to our country and our brothers and sisters who fight for us on border the teachers should be practical about the technology not theoretically they should also learn about new technology in the good field of computer science new fields should be added to our course and curriculum exams are good in terms of difficulty and it starts after 2 months of gap in new year

Internships Opportunities

3

The internship process is quite bad because there are no such good availability of skills presented for the company to approach our college few companies are ibm, cisco etc projects should be tol tier and skills should be new to the market

Placement Experience

3.5

Placements are decent you have to improve your skills to be eligible for the placement most of the colleges doesn't provide on campus but still we have few on campus placements there are so many companies who visited our campus like ibm, vipro, tcs and many more 50lac was the highest package of out campus avg package is 3-4lacs 40% of students getting placements i will apply for on campus and i will try to get a better a package on either on campus of off campus

Fees and Financial Aid

The total 1 year fees i paid was 270000 (including hostel). The course fees was 160000 and the remaing was of hostel. I opted ac room which costs me 110000 for 1 year. Without ac charge is 90000 for 1 year. There was not any such fees I remember. My batchmates fees were different from mine as they asked for a discount which I don't asked as I don't know about it.

Campus Life

4

The overall experience is fine but they should also add some more socities to the college oorja society is the main organiation of preparing big events in college like fest and all library has a good choice pf books they should work ok classroom and provide some ac sports and gym should be considered as a renovation program the impact of social groups are good for getting connections and socialising

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Given rooms are good but they should be better as the service is slow menu is too bad they can shuffle it anyday and quality of food is worse registration process is fine and its okay in price range PG and rented rooms are available near roorkee

Admission

I choose this college because it became an university recently and had a good representation in past and it had a good selection of teachers who are from iit's there are many events that helps students to engage in other curricular activities such as different societies regarding acts, dance ,music ,sports ,cultural events i didnt get the rejection i just choose this because of the betterment of my future with hard working seniors and students the admission process is same as rest of the colleges you have to score in jee mains to apply for this ,cutoffs vary from year to year but last time it was 80 percentile my admission process was full of hard personal information about my family,me etc

Faculty

3

The relationship between studends and teachers depends on the teachers but 80% of the teachers are good, they listen to us, provide way to different problems. The faculty names i liked are Ravi poswal sir, Neetu singh, summaiya praveen, Anant kaushal, sunil sir. I like them because they have friendly nature with students, good teaching sense, they also know how to teach practically. The names of the teachers I don't like are mohit gupta sir, sandeep chaudhary sir, deepak painuli sir Reason is that mohit gupta sir is biased about students, being bully as a teacher(sandeep chaudhary), forcing students to do paid internships and if not done marks will be detucted (deepak painuli sir). There is 1 mid term exam and 1 end sem exam. The papers are neither difficult nor easy. It depends on the knowledge u have. 50% students failed to qualify the exam. The couse curriculum is up to the mark

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is highly relevant, focusing on practical knowledge for real-world prep, though more hands-on application and updated content would strengthen it. Exams occur 6 times yearly; they are tough but fair for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .
