The things I liked was the infrastructure of college
The campus in beautiful the rather is also nice in the campus
The teachers are very experienced and friendly

The fee is a bit high compared to other colleges
The weather is unpredictable in dehradun
There should be a ev bike in college it's is very tiring to walk the campus in feets

Course Curriculum Overview

I think the fire and safety is a very good course as it has a lot of carrier opportunity the need of a safety Engineer is every where it also has good jobs in government sector other than private overall it is a good course

The intership is also good and very reputable companies come tontake students for intership.I dont have any other information as i an still a first year student and the internship starts from the 3rd year

Placement Experience

I cannot say the placement about other branches but the placement for fire and safety is very nice the average package of fire and safety Engineering is about 10lpa and the companies that cone are also very reputable

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee of the course is 13 lakhs and if you to a specialistation in 2nd year than the fee will increase to 16 lakhs and the fee is not increasing the fee will remain same fire the course of 4 years

Campus Life

The overall campus life is very fun and there are a lot of clubs in the college from art and design club to the marketing club and chapters are also present in our college such society of petroleum engineers

Hostel Facilities

The hostel rooms are also good they are a bit small but its manageable and hostel food is also very nice there is a change in menu in every 15 days they also give us brownies and ice cream as desserts

Hostel Fee: INR 174000 per year

Admission

The main reason is because their fire and safety course is the best in India and also because of the location the college is located in. It is located in a very beautiful location in dehradun

The faculty rationis almost equal the faculty are also very experienced in what they reach . My favourite faculty would be my Environmental teacher because he is very friendly and humble and his teaching is also good

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

UPES CSE Program provide the best insights!

No safety nets for getting admission in UPES as university is strict in taking students. UPES Engineering Admission Test also known as UPESAT has to be cleared. UPES has the best facilities!

Admission are through an entrance for engineering which is called UPESAT. The best thing is the paper can be given anytime as it's online and if students want they can directly come to the university and then give that exam.
