Course Curriculum Overview

Course is good, you study core subjects from the start which helps you to focus on your main area, develop certain skillset regarding your main point of focus. You'll get to study dsa, c, and other important things from very basic, but your efforts are necessary for everything.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Placement Experience

They are good, if a individual works hard he/she can surely land a good placement around 15-20 lakhs per annum. 4th year is all about placements and you will barely have classes that time and it's gonna be fun journey of 4 year.

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm paying around 20 lakhs ruppees for my 4 years btech course, it's not totally worth it but it's not totally waste as well, you can avail scholarships too on your jee score or domicile basis. It's a fine college overall, facilities are good, college provides various specialization and if you are a hardworker you can land a 15 lakhs per annum job easily. You can also do various projects under facilities on big level which can really help you to grow.

Campus Life

There are a lot of clubs, chapters and societies you can join like csi, acm, nss, and many more I don't even know name of all of them, its a fun 4 year journey filled with love, breakups, tears, laugh, and many more beautiful moments.

Admission

I chose this college cause it was fairly close to my house (it takes 7 hours one side trip from college to my home). Also placement and all is good with a well build reputation in working life, and i was getting domicile scholarship as well

Faculty

Faculties are nice and soft spoken, they encourage you to develop skillset grow yourself, they can also help in upscaling you with various hard and soft skilles required to get a better resume. Just keep good intercation with faculties and don't argue with any senior or faculty member

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

UPES CSE Program provide the best insights!

No safety nets for getting admission in UPES as university is strict in taking students. UPES Engineering Admission Test also known as UPESAT has to be cleared. UPES has the best facilities!

Admission are through an entrance for engineering which is called UPESAT.
