Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Application based to modern advancement is not available here but your hard will matter and your intelligence and applied knowledge and research will help you The government is all the reason for slowed advancement in medical education and can't do anything about that

Internships Opportunities

2.5

There is no placement and campus selection in medical education and you have to write neet or next exam for masters and again it all depends on you And don't go sideways you have to be determined and practice from beginning for competitive exams keep in mind

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly : 60000 Tution fees : 27000 Caution fees : 9000 Registration fee: 300 Development fees: 3000 Lab fees : 4000 This is for general Total it will cost around 60k For SC ST category just 27k for 1st year Later through scholarship scheme of Karnataka you don't have to worry about anything

Campus Life

2.5

The festivals are not celebrated that much because there is no funding for that faculties do not support and management is little stringent in issuing funds for fests and seniors don't come for it there will be no support from juniors too so it's not possible for conducting such things sadly but they do three fests in a year so you can still enjoy

Hostel Facilities

2.5

The hostel is okay not that good but you can adjust you will accommodated for three or two person per room based on batch strength and there water shortage and you will get water only during night and morning which you need to fill in buckets or drums or just get adjusted and rain will so how it rains here funily so that one problem leads to many problems like fungus and other infections but can be maintained by being hygienic

Admission

I actually opted directly to this college because I am a localite here and I am well adjusted to water shortage problems because I studied in JNV so there was no problem for I and my parents wanted this college

Faculty

2.5

Faculties are saturated Faculties are okay but there are some semi psychos They quite approachable but takes time I can't name for my sake sorry many faculties are friendly but time is needed Exams are rguhs University exam based same difficult all students fail internals most of them but you will pass finals easily no worries there Curriculum based teaching and academics

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.
