Remarks

Certain things like proper time management should be maintained by students and teachers in the college. Unnecessary fine and and other charges should be removed. Proper water purification system and clean canteen shall be provided

Course Curriculum Overview

Our engineering is 4 year course . Every section the university conduct semester examination which we need to pass out or else supply exam will be conducted. In my opinion the course curriculum what is running now is not appropriate

Placement Experience

No, all college list not provide internship the placement and job opportunities in our college are not up to a level . Currently a few companies and a few departments are getting placements from the college itself others need to look for jobs an internship from outside

College Events

We are having tech festival, cultural festival , art festival, and many others For the tech festival Each department need to showcase that talents in aspect to there specific department For culture and art festival students participating events and showcase their talents

Fee Structure And Facilities

They are expensive actually tuition fees around 40000 for merit seat, 84000 for NRI seat and aadhar charges like transportation and lab and for other purpose also and they cost around per year around 80000 for merit seat and around one lakh for NRI seat

Fees and Financial Aid

Currently I have no idea about any scholarship been running in our college in future I what interest loan facilities and scholarship facilities to be provided for the college students so that they can meet with their financial level

Campus Life

Extra curricular activities are good you having sports and other extra curricular activities like arts and other cultural festival actually pretty much good and I also did attend In those extra curricular activities

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors are actually very helpful and they help us in different ways by providing their books for a friend and they give us a clear picture about our university and about the exams and all the things that are happening in the college

Admission

Once my entrance results were out the colleges started the admission process so I applied for more than 10 colleges and I got selected in this college and further my documents verified and I paid the admission fees and I got selected

Faculty

The faculty are not bad at all but still they also have their own faults so I wish they could be more improved so that student start take admission in this college and proper placement can be done in order to improve the reputation of the college

OUR COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA

A brief overview of my 1 year experience in MDIT

I tried applying for mechanical engineering in KMCT engineering collage.But they told me that I had to wait for spot admission to apply but then I found out about MDIT and as soon as I called they told to come and I liked the collage and it's vibe so I decided to join MDIT and ditched my plan to join KMCT.
