Remarks

The college provides education with the best faculty members and many extracurricular activities are organised at our institute. The college provides the designers to design messages and creates solutions through the use of appropriate language, visuals, moving images and digital experiences etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose the course BA in Communication Design and I have completed my course due to the support of my teachers as they gave us both the theoretical and practical knowledge and my hard work. The course curriculum is as per the latest requirement of our field.

College Events

The events organised in our college like Orientation Day, Portfolio Day, Halloween, Diwali, Teachers day celebrations, Independence day and Decorate our college for Xenia, Xenia is a cultural fest of our college and organised an orientation week workshops, the magic of monoprint making and many more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees of BA in Communication Design is 470000 per annum and the total fees are around 19 lakhs at my time.

Many events are celebrated in our college like Orientation week workshops, Clay Mask making, Enamel Jewellery making the workshop, Volunteering at the amazon India fashion week, and college is organised the tour like Qutab Minar, Jama Masjid, Red fort etc.

Admission

I gave the Entrance Exam and got my admission through this, It was conducted by IIAD for admission in bachelor programs like Fashion Designing, communication designing, and Interior Designing. The exam consists of two-parts is IIAD Design Aptitude Test and Studio Simulation.

I choose B.A from DU SOL because the course curruculmis exactly the same as regular DU colleges which gives degree strong crediblity for UPSC goverment jobs and further studies like M.A the syllabus is coprehensive and covers core subjects like histyory, poltical science and english litreature in detail

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is a bit too theoretical and less practical. The exams in the college takes places every month which are seasonals and are for internal marking and then we have semester exams in every 6 months which accounts for the external marking.

BEYOND THE BOOKS COLLEGE EXPERIENCE

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. The teachers also continuously conduct tests and examinations for improving the academics of the students

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

DCAC- a summary of college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course itself is prestigious and is mostly opted for by people who plan either on preparing for the Civil Services or those who want to pursue academia. The course structure is framed in a manner that you don't just simply study history there, but you ingrain a critical viewpoint of a young historian. The faculty of History Hons. has some of the best Professors in the University, although you will in any course at any college find some teachers below your expectations, you don't have to bear them for more than 1 or 2 semesters. Passing the exams is not very difficult, but yes scoring above average is. If you get a GPA ranging from 6 to 7, you've performed fine. Above that is considered a Very good performance in Hons. courses of Social sciences at Delhi University. there are semester exams every 5- 6 months
