Remarks
Positive - My college has freindly teachers and professors. Everyone is supportive in nature no matter how senior or junior you are. Negative - There is no transport facilities for students from college side which needs to be solved ASAP and also allows boys to visit girls hostel and vice versa
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curricullum is some how good, my college also added some extra value added programmes which will enhance student's mind. On the other hand exam will take place in two 3 tiers. 2 internal exam and one external exam
Placement Experience
Since my college is the best college in ROORKEE after IIT Roorkee. So due to thus reputation many companies like Byju,Mahindra and Mahindra,Minda etc. visit our college to recruit freshers. They also provide a handsome package to them.
College Events
Many good events are celebrated in our college on the weekly and monthly basis. But few events are most important in our college like eco-fest, which gives messages to save environment and not to pollute it. Another event is Manthan-the technical fest in which students will show their technical skills in robo-wars, coding, designing etc. And the last event is zion-the cultural fest in which students will show their cultural skills like dance, drama, fashion show etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of our college is some how cheaper than other colleges. Student have to pay around 1.30 lakhs for one year and this price consist of tuition fee and other fee of academic section. This fee is hostel excluded. Hostel fee varies between 45k to 70k. But this is the en Estimated fee of this year, it may be vary year by year.
Fees and Financial Aid
If you are a citizen of Uttrakhand and If you get admission in this college throught your jee mains merit list than Uttrakhand government will give you scholarship and in case you are a student of any other state than you just need to take admission and submit the respective scholarship form of your state you will get scholarship.
Campus Life
Our college has new and we'll maintained lab for all branches that development your inner skills. Students also takes parts in workshops that takes place occassionally in our college. Couple of times in a year sports events are held , student also participate in them according to their interest. Teams from different College of Uttrakhand participate in these tournaments.
Hostel Facilities
There are almost 6 boys hostel and 5 girls hostel. We don't have permission to reach girls hostel so i only rate boys hostel. Some of the boys hostel have almost midiocre type of facilities provided but some hostel will definately make you believe that you are in 5 star hotel.
Alumni/Alumna
There is a different committee of students in our college which used to track to placement of the students and also track the progress of alumni of our college. They even organise annual alumni meet so that present students will stay motivated for their future.
Faculty
Faculties in my college is good enough to teach you every basic thing you need. Mostly faculties are post graduate and some of them had done PhD also. They create friendly environment in the class so that student will feel free to learn and ask their doubt.
