Remarks

College is nice they are friendly towards students, they try to help us , overall its a nice place to experience the graduation life with friends, faculty, societies and their activities particularly our College Enactus society is famous.

Course Curriculum Overview

Its nice and semester system with internals , we have five marks in internals for attendance in each subject , coming to course curriculum it covers different aspects about economics in detailed manner

College provide placements but it doesn't officially provide internship, the societies will provide internship but I didn't go to any till now, package of placements will be up to 6 lakhs per annum .

There are many events celebrated in the college, there are many societies such as Enactus, Mercado, etc annual festival will be in February and official freshers day for whole College and unofficial freshers day in each dept outside'the college

Feasible its just under fifteen thousand per whole year no extra fee except examination fee for every semester soo any student can offer the fee for such a top college for arts and commerce. It is one of best College in du

I didn't get any scholarship I have no much idea about them, loan facility is not necessary as it is just below fifteen thousand per annum and college doesn't provide loan for such a low amount , I didn't availed any scholarship r loan

Extra curricular activities are more if we wanted to there are societies for every particular thing for example marketing , singing, dancing etc These societies offer you many extra curricular activities I have no idea on labs as I am arts student

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are very helpful, alumni sometimes visit the College and share their experiences about their jobs, etc senior students are not seniors they are friends actually they are soo caring and friendly towards freshers

Faculty is very nice they are most experienced and almost everyone has their doctorates in their respective subject's they teach in a very practical manner, ofcourse the questions in semester also will be too practical in manner

Honest review of DU SOL B.A. good for working students not for regular college experience

I choose B.A from DU SOL because the course curruculmis exactly the same as regular DU colleges which gives degree strong crediblity for UPSC goverment jobs and further studies like M.A the syllabus is coprehensive and covers core subjects like histyory, poltical science and english litreature in detail

KMC and DU reality and my college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is a bit too theoretical and less practical. The exams in the college takes places every month which are seasonals and are for internal marking and then we have semester exams in every 6 months which accounts for the external marking.

BEYOND THE BOOKS COLLEGE EXPERIENCE

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. The teachers also continuously conduct tests and examinations for improving the academics of the students

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

DCAC- a summary of college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course itself is prestigious and is mostly opted for by people who plan either on preparing for the Civil Services or those who want to pursue academia. The course structure is framed in a manner that you don't just simply study history there, but you ingrain a critical viewpoint of a young historian. The faculty of History Hons. has some of the best Professors in the University, although you will in any course at any college find some teachers below your expectations, you don't have to bear them for more than 1 or 2 semesters. Passing the exams is not very difficult, but yes scoring above average is. If you get a GPA ranging from 6 to 7, you've performed fine. Above that is considered a Very good performance in Hons. courses of Social sciences at Delhi University. there are semester exams every 5- 6 months

Honest review of DCAC

So I applied to a lot of college what happened really was there was an error in the list and due to that I wasn't able to get into Shivaji College in the round one and yeah I was getting an economics honors from there because my marks was actually higher than that but that just life you know destiny works like that way and I got this college and I am pretty much like happy now that I am in this program I would say II did get rejection from a lot of colleges like and what what was the main thing was one I made list pretty wrong 2nd was my marks weren't really great as well I would say take care of your health before CUET etc because it would really really matter at that time The admission process of the college is simple that you simply give CVT and that most of the time happens...Read More

DCAC and It's Crowd

I gave Cuet exam to take admission in this college. This college was on 7th rank in my preferences list as this college is not.much popular and as a outsider I knew only few college of Delhi University but because of normalisation process my marks cut down from 720 to 689 out of 800 which resulted my admission in DCAC.
