The college is very good for studies and weather around the college is very good and is well suited for studies and the faculty are well supportive and they help us ij every aspect of our life and the only negative part is not able to provide enough core group jobs.

Uurja is the cultural fest organised by our college this is one of the best events that are celebrated in our college along with this cultural fest we organise technical fests like ignite supported by reputed organisations like ieee etc.

The fee structure is sem based fee structure and ia quite on the expensive side and every penny spent on the fees is worth it be it regarding studies or extra curricular activities or sports or projects.

I have availed loan from bank and the process for loan application is quite easya s the college provides enough documents which eases the loan procedure and they also support us through scholarship based on the merit list.

The extracurricular activities like sports competitions are being held and laboratories are well equipped with modern equipments and are well suited for modern needs and we do have sports grounds like crocket ground etc.

The alumni network is very good and the seniors support us with internships and any jobs if available and yhey also let us know about modern trends in the industry and we do have an alumnus meeting evry quarter.

Faculty

Most of the faculty in our college are well experienced and having research background and are well trained to give support to the students whether in academics or in projects or in research based works.

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

UPES CSE Program provide the best insights!

No safety nets for getting admission in UPES as university is strict in taking students. UPES Engineering Admission Test also known as UPESAT has to be cleared.
