Zakir husain Delhi college

I really love my college I feel proud that i am a student of this college.my teachers are very supportive.i learn a lot from this college.i am really greatful towards zakir husain Delhi college.i also feel proud to become part of delhi university.

I was basically a science students but in college i changed my subject and opt history. I just love to read history.i learned lots of things about past.for a better future it is must to know about past.

No my college does not provide any type of internship.its just offer graduate programme but yes my university held every year in which many courses are provided.if one wants to do internship so he/ she can do from university.

My college also provide job and placement facilities. Many companies come here and hold interviews.But to be honest as i experience this college does not have good jobs and placement opportunity and it also depends on students.

My college celebrate many events in a year.we celebrate annual day fest fresher party farewell party etc. Many lectures also are held by college. Great personalities are invited in these events.Fest is favourite event of students.

As it is a government college so its fee structure is feasible.one can easily afford.Fee structure is according to Delhi university rule and is decided by Union Grant Commission.Fee is 9000 per annum.It is different for different courses and year.

Yes my college provide many kind of scholarship for poor students.they have scholarship for Muslim minority and students who topped the class.some of my friends are getting scholarship from the college.

Extracurricular activities are also good.I did not participate much in these type of activities because most time i was busy with my study. college has a big playground ,all kind of labs and facility for basketball chess table tennis and others.

My college does not have a personal hostel but as it is affiliated to Delhi university so Delhi university's hostel is also available for college students.one can get admission in hostel through merit list.Hostel facilities is in very good condition.

My seniors are very helpful.They help me a lot when i was in 1st year.they tell me about college and their work process.I am even still in touch with them.They never even try to ragged. I am greatful to them.

Exams are held twice in a year.It follows semester system.Exams are held in November- December and April - may. Internal exams are also held in mid of the semester.10 marks is for assignment and 10 marks is for test 5 marks is for attendance and 75 is for annual exam.

First i fill a online form to get admission in Delhi university ater this when college cut off lists are out i came to delhi and match all cut off with my marks. There was different cut off for different course.Then i choose suitable course and college and went to that college and got admission.

College faculty is awesome.They all scholars of jwahar lal university and other reputated institutions.They all are very supportive and helpful. Teaching manner is also awesome.They create a bond between students and teachers.
