Gargi college- A vibrant college life

My course is ba program (german and pol science) . The curriculum is very good . According to me for pol science , the syllabus in every sem covers every aspect required for us to know about the political structure and about the administration. For german the curriculum focuses on all aspect from reading writing listening to speaking. Hence overall development. I dont think there is any need to change curriculas it focuses on both practical aspect and theoretical knowledge

Almost every company comes on board for internship like kpmg provides a good package for internship. If selected they can pay upto 90 k per month. Tasks and role Depends on the company. What are they looking for

Placement is very good in gargi college. The members of placement cell work very hard and all top companies come on board for placement. Companies like KPMG , deloitte etc comes every year and for every stream. Highest package is around 24 lakhs i guess and average is 5 lakh per year.

Our annual fees for ba program is 18000 , however our college also gives student welfare scholarship or you can say fee waiver for students. The basis of fee waiver is merit cum need basis. Everyone's fee is same regardless of category

I am very glad that i chose this college. Its annual fest reverie is the best part and we wait for it eagerly. Every department also holds fest and functions. There are many clubs and societies which helps to improve in every aspect. We can choose from socities like hues (fine arts) dance society, singing etc. Our library is a plus point . As it has access to both physical books as well reading room with computers so that we can work there.

Firstly the combination of german and pol science was only available in this college plus gargi college focuses on safety very much. I feel sense of security here. After the 12 boards you have to appear for cuet exam and score above 700. I got 720 and hence got admission.

Faculty - student relationship is very good. Teachers help us in every way possible. Allmost everyone is approachable. We can ask for help anytime. According to me i like ba department faculty as they are all very sweet and caring. There are exams every semester. Based on the no. Of papers you choose , whether they are practical or theory. Depends on that. And generally exams are easy

I travel daily from my hometown so i am not sure about night life and many hangout spots. But there is diggin cafe nearby college, also 10 min away there is ansal plaza which has many food outlets so one can visit with friends and enjoy. Also uncle bakery is very famous
