The faculty should ratio a very good and the teachers teaches very well and they have a great responsibility and demanding power of the student they teachers very well and they understand us like their own son
If you have a good % in your 12th you will get a good scholarship for your fees.
Campus life is fun with i guess the best cafe in all of doon one of the best rooftop cafe and other amenities also good .

Dislikes

The hostel facilities are not so good in my opinion but it depends on person to person.i don't like hostel because of many restrictions but there's always a way to do things.
The staff doesn't have a good communication amang themselves which leads to poor effectiveness ratio between faculty-to-student which impact the experience of student whether it's related to college or the leaarning experience.
There were internship opportunities, so many, but the only problem was that we were being asked to pay for every internship and i personally wasn't ready at all to pay for the internships and henceforth i did not choose any.

I really liked the facilities in dit university
I really like the ragging free atmosphere and in dot university
The teachers and other faculty are really helpful and corporate a lot

A year at DIT

Likes

Library is very good and it offers you every book you need
You will get good view of mountains for 4 years
Teachers and practical labs are very good

Dislikes

Management is so strict they treat like you as small children

Placement Experience:

On campus placement are good ...many companies came to take students this year we got 44 lpa as highest placement previous year it was 58lpa from palato... nearly 75 percentage of students got placed...and I would like to add that you have to maintain cgpa if u want to placed

DIT: A Robust and forward thinking

First thing first location is pretty good it’s kinda study with travelling mood
Faculty is also good And supportive and you will get alot of things to learning

Dislikes

Overall things are good but as it is IT college so the other courses sometimes feels like outliers

So they provide campus placement as well as internships average package 6LPA an percentage rate of placed students or employability is around 70% from campus and if I talk about my plants I will pursue my PHD

DIT UNIVERSITY - Fulfilling the dreams of thousands

Likes

Support from teachers is really very helpful. They are always ready to make you feel okay and help you as much as they can.
The college infrastructure is really good. Well equipped library, more than 20k books are available. Learning in such an environment is really helpful.
Labs are very well equipped. The labs in the courses help me a lot to work on my skills

Dislikes

Life is not that good as I expected as a college student.
Less involvement in real life problems. No one really talks about the technology.
College life seems more of a school life.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is nice. But the most important thing is that, it doesn't matter what your college provides you with, you have to work harder since you know that it is a private University. You have to be skilled and have to show yourself better when it comes to the interviews.

The college have good environment and the best thing is view of hill.
The college is covered with full wifi coverage to study.
Library have good environment to study in peace.

Dislikes

They do not create events for students. On monthly bases
It have strict rules for hostelers to go outside campus.
The hostel mess food is not very much good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a technical course which help student going in computer field. In this university teacher don't teach properly complete couse fast. Improvement in curriculum is given student pdf of subjects created by teacher not the thesis of iit proffessors which have 2000 pages to read before 2 days of exam. Exams need to be done after 2months.

The compus selection has an average package of 6 lakhs. My mns comes in the compus for hiring the students like amazon , Microsoft,meta etc. the students has a lot of opportunities according to their hardwork.

DIT : Pros and Cons

I like location of the college most , it is safe and secure Location for all beings , people around college are very supportive.
Teachers and staff are well qualified, and teaches very well . All the doubts and inquiries can be cleared by them .

Dislikes

Sports facilities are very less , no ground to play properly.
Lack of books in libraries , not much things to read and explore in college libraries.
Lack of extra curricular activities , no such big events like sports and fests regularly .

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students are eligible for college placement. According to their performance all over the year they got selected Many companies like google vipro amazon flipkart comes in colleges and took over 100s of students . Highest package is around 60 lakhs and avg package is 7 to 8 lakhs Above 7.5 totat cgpa Getting placed from cllg itself .

I like the view that makes my university even more beautiful than usual because of its mountainous view
I like the faculty here because they are really very supportive and cooperative from every aspects

Dislikes

I didn't like the crowd here as people are so immature here and too offensive for small reasons

Placement Experience:

The placements of college are pretty well but specially depends upon the course like dit is mainly the engineering college so got b tech the placements are very well it could be upto 5 lakhs and from 3rnd year 2nd semester you will be eligible to head to placements Many companies like tata, Amazon has the tie up and made up to several offers and helped students to achieve their ambition The highest package that has been here could be upto 50 lakhs for a year and 90% of the students get placement here which really makes it very exciting and helpful, My such plans for it is that I just want a degree here as I wanna continue up with my own business

Discipline here is too much , too much restrictions for everything

Placement Experience:

Form 7 semester you are eligible for placements. 10-20 companies visit every year here. Top companies recruit less and average companies recruit more in comparison of top companies and some companies do mass recruitment. Highest package offered is around 40LPA and average is around 4-5LPA. 50% student get placed. I will do masters after bachelor.

The environment is really good ,and DIT also has quite nice and supportive faculty.

Dislikes

For as such there is nothing of as such which I don't like

Course Curriculum Overview:

Overall the course curriculum is quite effective , it includes the important parts of the subject , but I believe tht there is lack of lab work. I wish if the theory was reduced to experiments then it would be much more interesting. We should be knowing how to apply the particular things in our practical life.

My friend is a final-year student at DIT University. Since the university is a private one, everything is simply in your hands.

The following points are based on her experience at the campus:

Campus: The university has a good environment. You can enjoy the sterile hilly scenic beauty from the windows of the class. All this might even distract you from the lectures going on while studying.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and would definitely help you out in any way possible. As per my friend, there are only a smaller number of ‘not par’ teachers, but they were average. Most of the faculty members are well qualified with good experience in their respective fields.
Extra-curricular activities: Right from the freshers’ party till the farewell, you will get countless opportunities to perform in front of the audience and showcase your talent. You can join college clubs, be a part of them and bring out new ideas. The clubs aren’t very active and you’ll be free most of the time you stay here.
Placements: The placements were good this year. My friend got placed in two companies: Infosys and Wipro. For the CS branch, the placements are very good. Infosys, Wipro, Cognizance, TCS, Adobe, Amazon, etc. are just a few companies in which the DIT students have got placed.

Apart from this, the hostels are really neat and clean with good infrastructure. Food available in the mess is also descent. People often miss the place and the college once their studies finish here.
