The faculty should ratio a very good and the teachers teaches very well and they have a great responsibility and demanding power of the student they teachers very well and they understand us like their own son
If you have a good % in your 12th you will get a good scholarship for your fees.
Campus life is fun with i guess the best cafe in all of doon one of the best rooftop cafe and other amenities also good .

Dislikes

The hostel facilities are not so good in my opinion but it depends on person to person.i don't like hostel because of many restrictions but there's always a way to do things.
The staff doesn't have a good communication amang themselves which leads to poor effectiveness ratio between faculty-to-student which impact the experience of student whether it's related to college or the leaarning experience.
There were internship opportunities, so many, but the only problem was that we were being asked to pay for every internship and i personally wasn't ready at all to pay for the internships and henceforth i did not choose any.

All's well that ends well. Part of Moving to new chapters of life is about Catch and Release.

Likes

I really like the Nature and this college is perfect for nature lover.
I like the infrastructure of the college including hostels.
I like the library of the college. It's totally worth it .

Dislikes

I don't like the management of the college whether committee or academic cell excluding some.
I don't like the way how they treat their mess staff.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Telling about the curriculum of the college, its far away from good as it just keep on printing unecessary file work or any work which requires dozens of pages, and the system of quizes and assignments in which students just copy from each other and the honest ones are just simply left behnid hence impacting th whole mindset about the College.

College greenery and cleanliness quiet good
College location is far from City area and less noise
Campus exposure is quite good to learn from seniors

Campus areas to smallest compared to the colleges
Food is not good lies between below average
placement is not that much better as compared to other

Students are eligible for campus placement at the end of the third year for the starting of the fourth year many companies visited like adobell to Wipro etc. Dias packages of around 58 lpa and average package cost 3 to 4lpa

Likes

Heaven for the nature lover and photographer
Campus is clean and beautiful. Greenery is everywhere.

Dislikes

Campus area is too small. It should be bigger.
Internet speed is very slow in hostel rooms.
Mess food is not good. Needs one good food to survive.

Mine College review

Likes

Everything is fine. Teacher are cooperative
Infrastructure is good. Campus area is nice
Hostel is good. The campus location is very peaceful

Dislikes

The mess food is not okay. The protein diet is not enough
The hostel bathrooms are not hygienic. The bathroom size is too small
Campus area is not too big that we can cover it in 2 mins

Specification of the curriculum that influenced us is the teachers here are very precise and very helpful the course duration is around 4 years is not a very long time the curriculum preparates us for real world application by teaching us many special skills except the or about studies the area no improvements are required for curriculum the frequency and timing for exams are around twice the year

Likes

Accessibility to resources for free and able to learn new things on own
Practical facilities provided inorder to help understand the topics

Dislikes

The rule of 75 percent attendence forces you to take classes and not explore new things
The time table may have breaks of like 1-2 hrs in between two classes which are expected to do something productive in that time

Placement Experience:

The placement is definitely not hundred percent, with a average package of around 7-8 lack per annum. Many companies like infocis,tata visit every year. The basis plan of every student is around startups and entrepreneurship then that of placement and those trying to get placement don't have much luck

Location where it's situated is too calm and chill location.
Dit is near most developed location of dehradun so nothing is far form here for anything you want
As I heard about their placements so you can't disappoint .

Dislikes

Here the most of the students comes form the areas with bad ego.
Nearby are if DIT is too expensive for anything.
Campus size is too small so nothing to explore inside.

Placement Experience:

placement of our campus is still bit ok it's like everything to 7 LPA . But you talk about further past few years more than more than 3 to 4 years back then it was too good before pandemic just because of recession and provid now it's has been decrease but within 2 to 3 years it will come back to track and our placement ratios and placement practice will going to good and their such a companies which comes to our campus like Ola

Campus cleanliness is a major point for me
College location is far from the city side So there is less noise and air pollution

My friend is a final-year student at DIT University. Since the university is a private one, everything is simply in your hands.

The following points are based on her experience at the campus:

Campus: The university has a good environment. You can enjoy the sterile hilly scenic beauty from the windows of the class. All this might even distract you from the lectures going on while studying.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and would definitely help you out in any way possible. As per my friend, there are only a smaller number of ‘not par’ teachers, but they were average. Most of the faculty members are well qualified with good experience in their respective fields.
Extra-curricular activities: Right from the freshers’ party till the farewell, you will get countless opportunities to perform in front of the audience and showcase your talent. You can join college clubs, be a part of them and bring out new ideas. The clubs aren’t very active and you’ll be free most of the time you stay here.
Placements: The placements were good this year. My friend got placed in two companies: Infosys and Wipro. For the CS branch, the placements are very good. Infosys, Wipro, Cognizance, TCS, Adobe, Amazon, etc. are just a few companies in which the DIT students have got placed.
