NSUT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The course curriculum is not as good as I expected. The courses are mostly theoretical rather than giving practical knowledge. I chose this course because it has high placement statistics. The student-faculty ratio is pretty good and doesn't have any issues, however, the quality of the faculty is up to the mark. The term exams are held timely and are not difficult to pass.

The percentage of students placed in top companies is high with good packages from Microsoft, Google, Hbl etc. Other programs for higher education are also conducted. Many students go for MBA, startups, civil services, and higher studies after getting the degree

In the 7th semester, the students become eligible for placements. There are more than 150 companies that visit the campus every year. The highest package offered was about 1.5 crore by Facebook (mountain view). The average package is around 10 lakh. Almost 100% of students get placed. I got the degree in 2021 and I'm not working as a software engineer.

The older faculty is very good but the guest faculty is not that good. All the teachers are qualified and have good knowledge of the subject. Exams are very difficult and the schedule is very tight during exams.

The best part about NSUT is the internships and placements. All the major tech companies like Google, Microsoft, uber, Walmart, Flipkart, sprinkler, sales force, and Atlassian visit the campus for placements as well as internships. The internship season starts after the 4th semester and placement season after the 6th semester and companies visit the campus for a whole year, so almost every student gets places. The average package for the CS branch is around 18 lakhs, while for the ECE branch is 11 lakhs and for mechanical is 7-8 lakhs.

The placement of NSUT is best. The average package is around 9-10 lakhs, and more than 300 companies come for recruitment. There are main seasons for internships too like summer and winter seasons. Almost all the students get a place with a percentage above 90.

Placements is the main reason why students attracts towards NSUT. Placement of NSUT is very good. Last year 92% of the students who sits in placements got placed in their dream companies with an average package of around 17 lakh. All the famous companies or dream companies of students comes for placements like Google, amazon, Microsoft, Flipkart, etc. and many more. Last the highest package from nsut was 1.2 crore. Most of the companies visit in nsut is mostly tech oriented companies. After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. My plan is to get into a tech company like google.

NSUT doesn't need any introduction in terms of its prestige name and placements. It is one of the best Engineering colleges in India. However, all the top MNCs like Google, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, Texas Instruments, etc. all visit NSUT for the placements for both core and tech placements and give very high packages. We provide 100% placements.

For an internship 3rd year student is eligible and some of them got PPO. Almost every student gets placed. The placement starts in the final year 7th sem. I want to pursue MTech in VLSI after completing my degree

I choose this course as I had an interest in artificial intelligence and computer science. And artificial intelligence has greater scope in the future. The Course Curriculum is well-designed. Faculty members are very supportive. Exams are taken monthly.
