Panjab University's B.com curriculum is thorough and covers essential areas like accounting, finance, and business law. It provides a solid foundation for students. However, adding more on emerging topics like digital finance and entrepreneurship could make it even more relevant.

I have done my 12 from non medical stream from my school days i was having interest in physics.. and then i applied in Panjab University and i got admission department was very good we always got many opportunities

In the last year students gets the chance to get placed on campus.for that student should not have any kind of reappers pending. In the last year proper forms are released and further processes takes place. There is proper placement cell in the college.

You will be eligible for campus placement from fifth semester, but chances of getting placed are low. So it's better to look for the placements off campus. I have bsc computer science , so I am planning to learn web development and apply for internships offline for now.

The University has recently been ranked at number 9 in India and I had heard about the department also that it provides good education, I searched across the web and found positive reviews, especially the entrance exam makes the dept better

I chose my course because i wanted to study history to have benefit in future . History is essential in government job preparation. Curriculum was upto the mark . The only problem was teachers didn't complete syllabus on time. When exams are near then they hoche poche everything. It becomes difficult to understand and revise the syllabus .

The faculty always makes sure to give students less headache but still is disoriented. My course is a well know social based subjects like pol sci, history, economics and for me, the environment matters the most. Fortunately, the staff is well qualified and makes sure the students get ready to fly in the open sky before taking off.

. After 3 Rd year student become eligible for compud placement. Wipro , lays of the company of offer made etc companies. No idea which company highest and average package.i idea best performance in class students getting placement. Banking plan after getting the degree

Okay so, I wanted to persue psychology and sociology ( I was sure about that from 11th). I think you should just focus on what you want to do, that's it. That will eventually lead you to the place your supposed to be. Exams are held twice a semester, typically midway through the course and at the end of each term. In my perspective, the difficulty level of the exams is easy ( for my course) . The critical thinking type questions are missing even in English subject ( compulsory also).

The curriculum is old and wouldn't fit in the real world. It's basically on theoretical part of the syllabus and not with the practical thing. The practical part should be there so that the student will get prepare for the real world
