DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students become eligible for campus placements from 4th year. But interships are provided by DTU from second year itself. Almost all the famous companies visit DTU . Google,facebook,mircosoft, amazon, goldman sachs etc vist every year and hire many students. Highest package even reaches 1 crore . The average package including all branches stays around 11-12 lpa

I chose mechanical engineering as that is the subject I love and prosper in. The faculty is 4 males 1 female and all of them are well versed in there subjects, due to the classed being online sometimes the communication is not so well but we manage. 3 of them are PhD in the subject and others have completed there masters, there teaching method is almost the same as everyone using video lectures and then explaining the concepts on a white board. The exams were held almost every month and they were moderately difficult, not an issue if you're versed with the subject

Students become eligible for campus placements in the 4th year only not before it but they can get PPO through some companies. There were over 300 companies and almost 1500 offers in the year 2020-21 with 51 lac per annum as the highest package by atlassain and 12 lac per annum as the average package.

7 th semester people become eligible for placements. The highest package is 46 lakhs and average is aroud 6.5 lakhs 60-65% students placed. My plan is to get a job in analyst role after degree in too a big product based company and grow myself

DTU is popular and known for its campus placements that's why students choose this college/university. It is one of the best engineering colleges in terms of placement. At my time mostly students from the cs/it branch got placed earlier in the season but in the last sem because of the corona, companies not visiting the college for placements.

Firstly it is compulsory in the 2nd year for students to do internships and mainly startups come for placements and u r eligible for it in the 3rd year. Around 70% of students get placed . I plan to do Post graduation after completing graduation.

From the final year students became eligible for the placements. Notable companies like Genpact, Deloitte, Byjus, Vedantu, TCS, Just Dial, Amazon, etc. visited our college this year and all of them have around 3-4 students each. Around 60% of students get campus placement this year.

1. For BTech from 6th sem and for MTech 3rd sem 2.TCS ,Infosys, Qualcomm,byju's, and so many 3.we had people placed at 18lakh in Qualcomm 4.in MTech it was like 60% for BTech i heard about 90-95% got placed 5. I graduated in 2019 and I working in a private company as an analyst

Students are elligible to sit for interships in the fifth semester and for regular placements from the seventh semester. We have a lot of big names visiting the college for placements including Amazon, Qualcomm, etc. Highest on campus package goes to around 40L afaik and average placements are around 8L across profiles. Almost all the students who are interested in getting a placement get placed. I'm planning to work in the job i got in the campus placement.

As i mentioned before placement is one of the best parts, TnP works very hard to get students placed, from start-ups to MNCs all the big names visit campus in various roles. sincere students get hefty packages as well. some of the companies provide 20 lkh+ CTC. students become eligible for placements at the beginning of the 4th yr , and for internships 3rd yr onwards. Other than that students get into top Tier USA universities owing to the brand value of the college
