DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements start from 7th semester. All top companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Directi, Deshaw, Optum, Paytm, uber come to campus and recruit many students. Samsung hires in bulk. the average package as per website is 11+ LPA. Most students get placed in computer-related departments. Students are encouraged to explore interests in MS, MBA, UPSC and PSU exams.

Don't worry much about placements DTU provides off and on placements. Many companies visit for placement in DTU. The average package range is around 8-10 lakh. For core branches, you have to work a little hard for the GATE exam. The highest package which is given to our College is a student is more than 1 crore. Companies that visit almost every year are Amazon, adobe, uber, ola, bajaj google, Facebook, Wipro, etc. From the 5th semester, you can apply for an internship and after the 8th year you can sit for the placement

Students are eligible to sit for placement in 4th year. Many good companies come here to recruit. To name a few Adobe, Airtel, TCS, Qualcomm etc. Come here almost every year. Highest package is 1 crore for abroad and around 50 Lakh for India.

Placement is the things for which DTU is known for. DTU EP placement is great but not in the core field. EP placements are available in non-tech companies like Data analyst. Most of the EP graduate students opt for higher studies and got selected in the world's top universities for their Phd. The average package for EP will be around 8LPA

The students get on-campus Internships as they enter the third year. The placements start from 4th year starting and go on until the semester end. There are many big companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft that recruit students for placements. The highest package is 1 crore plus internationally. The average package is about 30 lacs as per my knowledge. Most students from CS, IT, SE get placements and many students from core branches also get placement in coding as well as core companies. After the degree, I would look for on-campus placements, if not then I'll go for off-campus placement or studying a little further to get higher opportunities.

The placements here are really good.One of the main reason students took admission here is because of the placement statics and internship offers you get here. After 4 semesters you are eligible for the internship and after 6 semesters you are eligible for the placements Companies like Microsoft, Google, Adobe,Flipkart, amazon,Atlassian, hp, invidia, apple,Samsung ,codeshef ,mantra, unacademy , dell, and other more than 350 companies visited here every year More than 87 % students place on campus. The highest package here is of 1 crore to a software engineering student and the lowest od of 3.1 lacs per annum. The average package is 16.5 lacs per annum. My plan after getting a degree are to work in a really good company with a handsome salary. After that, I will do my post-graduation by preparing for the gate exam.

Students are eligible to sit in placements in the 6th semester onwards More than 200 companies come every year. Some of the companies are Samsung, Mahindra, and Mahindra, Twitter, TATA motors, etc. The highest package bagged by any student of DTU is 1.25 crores and the average package for the last year was 5 lac per annum

The average placement is 6 lacs per annum. Placements start from the 6th semester or third year. The student must not have any backlog at the time of appearing for placements and maintain at least 60% in 6 semesters 80-90% of students get placed, rest are either preparing for higher studies or govt exams.

From 7th sem, you will get eligible for campus placement. There are a lot of companies visits the campus, you will definitely get an offer. There are around 200 plus companies visits the campus some major recruiter is morgan Stanley, amazon, Codenation, Flipkart, optum. Dozen of student got international offers in crores, these companies like Bloomberg, Google, Optiver, waymo, Twitter. The average package of electrical engineering is around 10 lakhs. Almost every student who sits for placements got placed. My plans for the future are getting a placement the go foreign for further studies. After completing studies start companies here in tech side and help people.

Campus placement is very good, everyone got placed till the end of my time. Just in case if you didn't get placed anywhere since the location is Delhi NCR you have a lot of exposure to the companies and start-ups through college seniors that you'll get a job anytime you want.
